Relaxing getaway

Beautiful place! Had a relaxing few days chilling in the pool and lying out in the sun. The private waterfall was amazing and just a quick bush walk away.

A real gem with a real gym!

We loved being in this beautiful setting with spacious quarters with an attached gymnasium. Grounds are glorious and the hosts delightful and attentive.

Haute de gamme

Michelle and Nick were very welcoming to their immaculate accomodation. Everything from linen to toiletries were top of the range. After a long drive, a dip in their heated swimming pool was most refreshing. Next time we visit the Bay of Islands, they will be our preferred choice.

Home away from home

I needed a getaway to grieve after losing my dog. Michelle was just absolutely amazing (she had even brought me some chocolates on arrival after finding out about my dog, so sweet!!), she was so lovely, warm, kind and welcoming. I had the best time here just relaxing and checking out the sites nearby. I felt home. The accommodation is so clean and tidy, the bed is super comfortable, and it has everything you need. 10/10 - I can't fault anything, the windows also had an insect screen. Which was so great as I'm not great with bugs or mosquitoes. I went further up North after my stay here and tried rebooking here again before heading back to Auckland but it was all booked out. That's how much I loved it. I would definitely stay here AGAIN in the future. Thank you Michelle for such a wonderful experience.

Everything we needed and more!

Lovely studio with great amenities. Hosts were very helpful and even took us on a bush walk to view Totara Falls. Access to the pool with beautiful surrounds and the badminton court on the night a cyclone came through were bonuses.

Fantastic!

This studio has every thing we need in terms of high quality sleep, nice shower, cosy room, fully equiped kitchen and an indoor badminton court for doing all sorts of indoor activities (which was a highlight for our trip since the weather was not great). Our hosts, Michelle and Nick are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Kerikeri!

Best thing you’ll do in New Zealand

I don’t know where to start...everything was perfect. The studio, the swimming pool, the gym, the location and the football field were just amazing. Everything is well thought of and organized and really comfortable. You can stay there for months at a time and will not find a reason to leave. The shower in the studio is the best ever. The real highlight though is Michelle and Nick and their children. This family is so kind, open, funny, sweet and extremely welcoming. They checked on us a lot whenever we had a problem and offered advice and help. They made sure we were comfortable and offered us anything we needed. We will never forget the lovely talks we had with you guys and hope we can one day do the same for you whenever you come visit berlin...(please come soon). SUMMARY: Stay here if you have a chance to!
