We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable little house in a can’t be beat location! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. When one finishes a long day of walking and laughing at Universal Studios, this home is a quick trip. Quiet residential neighborhood at night for peaceful rest and family time. We highly recommend!

We loved that there was an Xbox for the kids to play with and it was helpful to keep them entertained while cooking, packing or just for fun! The street is narrow but fairly easy to navigate. There was a bit of grease build up on the grill that was a concern but it was usable. For the price and location, this was an awesome spot!!

Excellent location and the perfect space for our family. My adult daughter and her boyfriend shared the king bed. My 19 year old son had the downstairs space all to himself. There was room to fit more comfortably. We rented a car but it was only 7.00 to Uber to Universal so we did that and avoided paying for parking. I will definitely stay here again. Ann was very good at answering my questions on the APP. We had a great experience.

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Good location, nice neighborhood, walking distance to Great White Hut restaurant and a convenience store/liquor store. Just a short lyft ride to universal. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Great views from back yard at the very top of the steps. My kids loved the Xbox too!

A cute older home in the Hollywood hills. Close to Universal Studios and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay for 2 parents and 3 teen/adult kids. We also recommend Sweet Lily French Cafe, Santa Monica Beach, Aquarium of the Pacific, and the Natural HistorynMuseum for the Butterfly Pavilion. The hosts were helpful and we had a great time!

The house is in a fantastic location! Very nice, safe area. Quiet, beautiful property and great communication with the owner/property manager. House is a little dated, but the price is right and I really think you can't beat this location if you want to bring your family to Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again!!
