Our local ownerchef and visiting chef will prepare a course meal using a perfectly recreated woodfired grill custommade for you Guests will discuss the days ingredients the salt that changes the flavor depending on the full moon or new moon and the aroma of woodfired cooking By enjoying the meal together we hope to experience the value of gaining
