Older hotel well located on the sea front and close to car parks, shops, eateries - easy walk to train station. Room was clean and well stocked - lovely shower. We would stay there again.

This is a nice and very charming hotel right on the beach in Deal. The property is a bit older but this only adds to the charm of the building and all modern amenities are provided. It’s also immaculate clean. Staff is really friendly and gave us great tips.

Great location with awesome views. A really nice suite with everything you need. Only issue would be the shower it has no pressure and is hard to regulate.

Great location right opposite the pier. Rooms are very generous and the beds very comfortable. Parking was easy also as there is a carpark just behind the hotel (council operated).

Best location in Deal and the room was beautifully appointed. Online check-in and auto check-out were in keeping with the convenience focus of the hotel, and obviously leaves more investment for top notch facilities in the room. The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable which was a bonus as it rained, so I was more than happy to be room bound for the afternoon and evening! Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly would highly recommend.

Great location and easy check in. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Only issue was the weather was bad and the wind was blowing through the windows which you could hear and feel and making the room cold. We ended up pulling the cutains which meant we lost the view. We went out a lot earlier than planned due to not being able to warm up!

A gem on the seafront!

Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. My room could use a new mattress but that was the only issue I found. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
