Trip with Grandkiddos

This place was absolutely amazing. The pool area was very friendly, clean, and just excellent. The issues we had were in the condo. There were cob webs hanging from the ceilings and it looked like things had not been dusted in quite a while. We were upset due to nobody responded to us about the cleaning issues. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they responded and fixed the issues immediately.

Yearly Anniversary Week

Always Great to stay at this property! We make a week stay every year. Everything is excellent from booking to checking in and out. Any issues arise during our stay gets addressed immediately. Stephanie at the front desk is awesome. We'll see you again soon!

Great stay for trip to Silver Dollar City

Condo had everything we needed for our thanksgiving trip to Silver Dollar City. Parking was convenient. Bathroom was enormous. Living room was cozy with the fireplace. Kitchen was a bit outdated but had everything we needed. Back porch was great. Laundry was a plus in the condo.

Property was very nice and quiet. Well kept and nice scenery. The room we had was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled. The bed was not a queen as advertised. It was a full. So sleeping with my husband was difficult. The Kleenex and toilet paper was rough. Sorta cheap. Lighting in bathroom was very dim.

The one bedroom was roomy and had a gas ventless fireplace, however it did not work. The furniture (sofa & love seat) were old and I had to sit on a pillow or I would sink to the base. Kitchen was good, but one burner did not work and limited pots and pans. Glad I brought special kitchen items with me that I knew I needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very safe. We checked in after the office closed at 5:00. It was difficult to find the key, and proceed to our unit. Had it not been after dark, it would have been better. The unit was clean, but seemed fairly old furniture, curtains, and blankets. Everything was in working order and looked great from the outside and peaceful.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable & the woman at the check-in desk was so friendly. Be warned though - this condo is on the lower level and those winding steps were a killer while transporting our luggage! Also, the switch to turn the Jacuzzi tub on/off is up on the wall and barely noticable and hard to reach while in the tub. Other than that the place is great! We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

It was okay. The tv was hard to use. Two different remotes.. They gave us 2 fire logs for the fireplace for a 2 day stay. No matches in the room and none was given with the logs but the front desk brought us some. The place needs updating and a good cleaning. It took almost our entire stay to get the ice bucket full. The place was comfortable with a nice layout.
