Great place to spend time with family and friends. Lots of options to keep everyone entertained (tennis court, indoor kids play area, several pools including heated one, volleyball and basketball court, small coffee shop and restaurant and tons of activities prepared by hotel staff). Want to come back!

A very family friendly resort with a lot of activities. Unfortunately you may have to pay extra for a lot of the activities. Also some units could use some updates, but bathrooms were more recently updated which we appreciated.

For the price not that good

When I checked in I was told the amount I paid for the resort did not include pool access. There would be an extra charge if I chose to use the pool or hot tubs. On my receipt I have a Resort fee which I would think would include at least the pools and hot tubs. When I got to my room, I saw a bug in the tub and around the drain was very rusty. Only stayed one night overall not that bad.

I didn’t like that we did not have shampoo or conditioner in our unit! I also thought each unit should carry salt and pepper! The facility was not full and we had a person next to us! I would think you would separate your guests out for more privacy and quietness!

It was very well maintained and we really liked our stay. The condo was spacious and we all had a good time. The one negative I do want to highlight was the Mountain Grill Restaurant. The wait time was terrible. We gave 2 cards to the server to split the bill and both parts were on the same card. I wanted my leftover packed and he said he will do it but I never got the food back.

This was my third time at the resort and there is nothing that hasn’t changed except for the better. There is plenty to do and see without even having to leave the premises. Even the market is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Looking forward to our next visit.
