Good hotel

We stayed with my family for 1 night in December. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, there is a metro station just beside the hotel. Also there is carpark area for 12 € per day. But hall was smelling cigarettes.

Excellent budget apartment. Only fault is the air-conditioning which seemed to be ineffective and room was very hot in mid August. Reception staff and hotel was otherwise excellent and parking in undergrad hotel garage was fantastic for small fee. Area around apartment appears to be being regenerated with lots of nice new apartments and a really convenient bakery cafe and supermarket across the road. Metro station a minute walk away too!

Needs air conditioning

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were much bigger than expected. The location was perfect; only four Metro stops from the main train station, the Metro was right outside the hotel, a very large excellent supermarket, Auchan, was only one minute away, a super bakery was only one minute away and the same for a bank. The downsides were the lack of cooking utensils in the room which meant preparing a meal was quite difficult and the lack of air conditioning meant being in the room was very uncomfortable - it was over 30 degrees outside and even hotter inside. I would be willing to pay more for air conditioning.

Nice but unbearable heat

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Parking was secure and really helpful to be able to get the lift from car park to room. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working so the heat in the room was completely unbearable that we barely slept. For this reason I wouldn’t return but it’s a shame as other than that it was a nice place and as I said the staff were extremely lovely!

Ca va pour une nuit parce que la chambre n'est pas trĂšs fonctionnelle pour deux pour manger. L'accĂšs Ă  la baignoire est difficile il faut ĂȘtre vraiment alerte physiquement car c'est haut et surtout la baignoire est trĂšs glissante. La literie, ça va. Dernier point de vigilance, l'isolation thermique. En bref, ayant fait des sĂ©jours dans plusieurs appart city, celui-ci m'a le moins sĂ©duite. Le personnel est, par contre charmant.

Apres une pĂ©ripĂ©tie climatique , nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă©puisĂ©s Ă  l'hotel. Enregistrement ok , mais malheureusement , notre voisin du haut , n'a pas arrĂȘtĂ© de faire du bruit une fois arrivĂ© dans l'appartement. Nous pensions mĂȘme Ă  une rĂ©novation tellement les meubles ne faisaient que bouger. Nous avons sollicitĂ© Ă  2 reprises la rĂ©ception pour enfin avoir le calme pour 23h30. Quel dommage!!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appart'city. Le prix du petit déjeuner est prohibitif, mais heureusement nous avions anticipé en amenant de quoi déjeuner; Un commerce est dispo est à cÎté de l'établissement. Appart propre mais certaines prises ne marchaient pas ni le néon au dessus de la kitchnette. Le pare douche est trop petit et le débit de l'eau faible. Par contre nous avons apprécié une TV par piÚce avec couchage, et le chromecast dispo sur ces TV.

Appart hĂŽtel au confort moyen. Les chambres sont petites pour profiter du “studio”. L’équipement est encore en bon Ă©tat mais tout est d’origine (plaques Ă©lectriques, meubles,
). Un rafraĂźchissement s’impose. La VMC est bruyante et permanente. L’isolation phonique des chambres un peu juste. Il restait des miettes par terre, sous la microscopique table pour manger et le frigo n’était pas propre.
