Horrible experience
We had hard time checking in, we were 19 minutes early the check in time the customer service (Hope) told us it’s going to be an hour before we can get into our room 😤 I asked her why we have to wait in an hour the check in is 4 o’clock She told us that time is not guaranteed 😒and that’s the company’s rules so I told her it is raining outside. There is absolutely no place for guests to wait or sit inside the lobby I can’t park your car more than15 minutes ,Where can I wait for a whole hour? Not just that she refused to give us the keys, and told us After the hour, wait we still have to come wait again in the line to get our keys😡 that is a horrible Customer Service and unacceptable we were so tired from driving all the way there I had to call the company which they told us that to go back in 15 minutes only and our room will be ready Still, we had to go back And wait in line And told us when we get the front desk to get our keys we will have to call back the company For them to check in if our room is ready, that’s really ridiculous, So our vacation started up so horrible, No complimentary coffee in the room so after all these trouble, we had to leave to go buy coffee. I really don’t wanna go back to that place again.
