Perfect Retreat During Incredibly Busy Week

I had a last minute trip during grad school finals and was able to reserve a room with little to no notice. I arrived really stressed about all the things I needed to in such a short period of time. However, as soon as I saw Hacienda Bombay all my worries and stress went away. I felt like I was in a different time setting. Carolina, Diana and Gregorio made my stay an amazing experience. Their professionalism, care, friendliness and attention is above excellent. I have traveled quite a bit and have been blessed in staying in beautiful hotels, however I had never received such an amazing treatment in any hotel that I've stayed in. The hacienda is absolutely breathtaking. Every corner is beautiful, the furniture is gorgeous and the plants that within and its surrounding areas are stunning. The rooms are very unique with authentic antique furniture. The breakfasts and the dinners are delicious. The complimentary afternoon coffee is amazing as well. I left Hacienda Bombay feeling great that I had been able to accomplish all of my errands and academic tasks. I arrived a guest, and left as a friend. Thank you Carolina, Gregorio and Diana for making my stay at Hacienda Bombay the favorite hotel experience I've had.

Fui una noche antes de la fecha de reserva y el hostal estaba cerrado (no habia servicio), volvi al siguente dia y mire todo es en un conjunto cerrado residencial que uno cree que son haciendas por todo lado y no son casas comunes y una sola tipo hacienda ( el mismo hostal) es decir para mi no es algo agradable, la entrada es un barrio " popular" para lo que uno busca no sirve, (o por lo meno en mi caso) las fotos lo aguantan todo, pero uno llega y una de las habitaciones que vi traia el hasta lavamanos afuera del baño por que era una miniatura, la ubicacion de los espacios es pesima a lo que uno ve y el olor a moho es terrible por lo antiguo de la casa, la persona encargada fue atenta, pero insistio mucho en el pago por que decidi NO quedarme y segun la reserva me la cobraban por las condiciones de uso de hotels, lo que me molesta es que estuviera lleno el hostal o perdieran una habitacion por eso pues no hay problema se paga y ya, pero el hostal estaba solo yo era el unico ni siquiera habia personal de servicio solo la encargada; preferio perder el dinero y no quedarme por que NO es un sitio agradable y menos por ese precio que piden, realmente una experencia desagradable no lo recomiendo para personas que busquen que los atiendan, y que quieran algo realamente agradable.

Really charming old hotel

It seems to be in a sketchy part of town but then you come to the gates to an upscale development. The hotel and grounds are really cute. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are old and funky but comfortable. We loved it.

Un hostal muy tranquilo y bonito...

Muy lindo el hostal, decoracion de muy buen gusto. Ubicado al interior de una unidad residencial. Muy silencioso y el contacto con la naturaleza es excelente. Su ubicacion por el Waze nos llevo a otro sitio, fue dificil ubicar de nuevo el hostal, utilizar google maps. La atencion del personal excelente, siempre muy dispuestos y en actitud de servicio. Malo el aseo de la habitacion en sus ropas de cama, solicitamos cambio e inmediatamente nos las cambiaron pero la sensacion de desaseo no cambio durante nuestra estadia. Los tendidos de la cama auxiliar olian a humedad y se nota que estaba tendida desde hace mucho tiempo. El desayuno delicioso y el personal de cocina muy atentos.

Un sitio para no volver

Muy mal, el "hotel" esta ubicado dentro de un conjunto residencial lo cual hace que la privacidad sea nula. Las habitaciones están conectadas entre sí por una puerta y las paredes son muy delgadas lo cual hace que se escuché absolutamente todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado desde lo que pasa en el baño como en nuestro caso el escándalo de una pareja mientras mantenía relaciones sexuales lo cual es bastante desagradable, cuando quisimos solicitar un cambio de habitación salí a buscar al recepcionista en dos ocasiones y no había nadie en la recepción por lo cual tuvimos que pasar la noche en vela pues no fue posible el cambio y la pareja de al lado continuo con el ruido hasta las 5 de la mañana. Lo unico rescatable fue la amabilidad del personal pero es notoria la falta de algun directivo ya que nadie pudo resolver nada, es muy frustrante ir a un hotel que segun las fotos es una hacienda de descanso y primero esta en medio de un conjunto residencial y aparte nos suceden cosas como estas y nadie da respuesta, es un sitio al que jamas volvere y mucho menos recomendare por el contrario siempre lo mencionare como experiencia adversa

Hotel tranquilo, agradable con muy buen servicio!

Excelente servicio, la construcción del hotel y sus alrededores son muy agradables ya que se está en contacto con la naturaleza ofreciendo mucha tranquilidad, el clima es delicioso y la ubicación es muy buena porque no está en medio de la ciudad pero si muy cerca.
