A reasonable price and in a good accessible area for Salford Royal which is why I booked it for the price the room was clean and comfortable large with onsuite and had a little bar and restaurant on the ground floor the food was delicious and staff was very helpful and friendly

Dreadful place

How can i claim a refund for this booking, the hotel was dreadful with Mold in the rooms and the door key cards did not work leaving the rooms open for anyone to walk into, such an unpleasant visit with no safety measures in place, we ended up leaving and booking into another hotel

I’ve worked all over the UK for 15 years and I’ve had quite a few experiences and roughed it here and there. I have never ever ever been to a place like this. Disgusting. Should be closed down immediately.

Location of thr property is great. Price is low and staff very friendly and helpful. My only downside was the noise. Constalty people up late shouting and early banging in the morning. Couldnt get a good nights sleep because of this but the staff were great and the rooms were clean

Can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a hotel quite this bad, and I’ve stayed in some right horrible ones. Yea this is reflected in the price however filthy rooms, stains on walls and floors - loose wiring was repulsive and dangerous and should be closed as a health hazard - I’m really not over exaggerating when I say that
