Cockroach City!

The motel staff were okay. I did get bitten by a cockroach while lying on the bed. I thought it was a bed bug, at first, and got moved to another room, next door. That had even more bugs crawling all over the place. Got moved a couple of rooms down, and there were spiders, bugs and cockroaches, including a huge one in the bathroom. The beds had hair, and one of the blankets had crusty stains on it. It was a worn out motel and could use a huge renovation. Left early and moved to another hotel.

House keeping was great and friendly.

The ceiling in the rest room was coming down and the toilet water was constantly running

low-budget Motel in Yuma

Gebäude und Einrichtung sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber eben günstig (wirklich faire Preise) und sauber! Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Lage ist auch ok; es sind nur wenige Fahrminuten nach Downtown Yuma. Hier kann man für ein oder zwei Nächte nichts falsch machen.

A serious lack of good customer service

I was completely disappointed in how I was treated by the staff. I was wrongfully accused and locked out of my room. I was told I had smoked in my room and I have never in my life been a smoker. There was no basis to the accusations and discrimination I experienced. I will never again stay in a Travelodge anywhere and I will never recommend a Travelodge to anyone. The way I was treated was inexcusable and the more business I can steer away from any Travelodge - the happier I will be.

Spend a little more

I know you get what you pay for however I was expecting a little bit better than what I got. At least the room was clean, but pretty run down. Smelled a little of smoke, bathtub needed to be redone - it was peeling pretty bad that I wouldn't get in it! Bed was pretty hard, comforter stained but sheets and pillows were clean.

OK for the price

For the price, it was as expected. Not knowing how the hotel industry does overall, I feel that no funds are applied to upkeep and refreshing the property at this time. Fencing around the site caused me to question what it was for and I was told that they would be "remodeling" the property soon without actually shutting down...so why the temp fencing. I am surprised that Wyndham is partnered with this site. Hopefully the upcoming project will bring it up without a tremendous increase in price.

Lack of concern for customer

The room is in need of renovation . Curtains and sheers were torn and needed replacement. Maid service fail to clean our room one day and front desk response was we're sorry with no recommend for helping us themselves. The stench of stale smoke filled the room and in all honesty I cannot recommend a stay at this motel.

Old Hotel

This is an Old Hotel not kept up there breakfast I in a little room about 8×8 small no placeto eat cereal, muffins, some kind of Danish, watered down apple juice and coffee the place is nothing likethe pictures pool was supposed to be heated it was not the ocean would be warmer.Trided many times to get there wifii wouldn't work other people we talked to had same problem. I guess you get wnat you pay for that was the only good thing .Wouldn't stay there again.

As a travel nurse, I need someplace close to the hospital I work at. I also need a place that is quiet and allows me to sleep during the days. This hotel fits the bill. I have never had any problems at all.

Avoid this hotel as you will be disappointed.

Place was filthy and run down. Needs upgrading big time. There was quite alot of traffic noise. In the very tiny breakfast area of front office the 2 plush chairs were disgustingly filthy.

I could not find one complaint. This was the best "economy" hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in worse at double the price. I hightly recommend this place

Det første værelse vi fik virkede bruseren ikke, og lugtede. Det næste lugtede også og alt virkede nusset. Naboen klagede også over lugt fra deres værelse. Morgenmad var helt til grin. Det var billigt, men måske for billigt. Hotellet trænger til en kraftig make-over.
