God service allerede ved ankomst. Hjælp med bagagen ligesom bilen blev kørt i garage og ved afrejse kun 10min før bilen var tilbage. God hjælp til at finde gode spisesteder samt at reservere bord. Alt i alt et godt ophold i en dejlig lejlighed med veludstyret køkken. Morgenmaden på hotellet var meget fin, men også dyr, så køkkenet blev brugt efter 1. Dag. Central beliggenhed i gåafstand fra bymidten.

Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?).

Super lokation centralt i Hamborg med direkte adgang til gågade, indkøbscentre mm. God mulighed for lejlighed til værelsespris og passer fint med flere rum til eks. en familie afsted. Super lækker morgenmad og mulighed for lækre tilvalg som eks. pandekager, vafler osv.

Park Hyatt is amongst the best five star hotels in Hamburg and the apartments are great. The breakfast is good, the service is friendly and the location and spa is great.

Godt med fint beliggenhed og lækker morgenmad

Dejlig beliggenhed. Store værelse med både bad og brus. Ingen udsigt hvor vi boede.. Super lækker morgenmad, men vi var 'uheldige' at få bord i et af de tilstødende lokaler. Vil anbefale af man får bord i nærheden af buffet. Fik vores værelser lidt sent og næsten 45 min. senere end først lovet. Parkering fungerer fint. Fin pool/sauna - synes dog vandet var lidt for koldt:-
