Great little place to spend the night, no students there at the time of our stay so might be a bit noisy if the halls are occupied. But for the price you would be hard to beat it.
Student accommodation; clean, safe and comfortable. Just what I needed for a cheap overnight to watch the rugby. Shame only available out of term time! Will definitely use it again if dates fit.
The room was clean and modern but very small. The double bed was very small - probably 1.5 instead of a double. It is a student residence not a hotel in any way.
Really friendly staff comfy bed and clean room really enjoyed staying here would stay again, everything was explained really well although getting into accommodation was a little bit annoying as I went to the wrong gate but apart from that absolutely perfect night's stay just a shame I had to get up for work early in the morning

The accommodation was on a frequent bus line and was in a quiet neighborhood. The room, although small, was clean and ticked all the comfort boxes New- bed, storage, and bathroom with new fittings

Affordable and clean accommodation in Bath
It's cheap, new, well-kept, very clean and not far from the city centre (20 minutes from city centre on foot). But doors slam loudly and you can hear anybody talking on the corridor. Don't forget students live there... There is a kettle with tea and coffee bags, toiletries and soft towels. Bed a bit uncomfortable and small (it's a small double). However you can't even find an airbnb with that price therefore if it's an affordable solution you're after, you've just fond it!

A good alternative to staying in expensive hitels in bath. Very clean and functional room towards the premium end of Student accomodation. New and modern with wifi etc. Just beware that there is no TV in rooms

No room cleaning for 2 days? Please not this as it is a bit of a surprise and you may need some spare coffee and soap

The hotel had no tv or iron in the rooms. When we ask staff for iron which it stated on website we could, stuff wasn't helpful. We was very disappointed as we had a blessing to attend. Hotel is not what it seemed to display on website and would attend again. Being pregnant the room wasn't comfortable and bed wasn't bed enough.

Hotel was new, very clean and up together and not far from city centre. A few issues though.. there was no cutlery, plates or even a tea towel in the kitchen.. It is also on a buzy main road and a train track so cant leave window open. It is ideal as just a base and room for the night staff were nice.

Kortom alle basis benodigdheden is beschikbaar

The hotel is ok. It serves as student housing during term-time, but very comfortable and clean as a hotel. The sheets and pillows are quite poor quality and scratchy, but otherwise the place was comfortable. There isn't much at all in the surrounding area. Finding free parking around the corner wasn't too difficult, but you'll have a bit of a walk if you aren't lucky. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time I'm in Bath, but everything was booked up for the weekend. It's just a bit weird staying in a 'hotel' while students are moving out from the same housing. Makes it seem too much like a hostel, but with cleaner showers.

During holiday time the bus does not stop at the nearest bus stop, but not far to the next near Macdonalds, PC World, etc. This is also best place to get off when returning from Bath.
