Additionally, a restaurant, 2 bars/lounges and a health club are on-site. Each apartment boasts a jetted bath and offers free WiFi and a pillowtop bed. This is the second time my family stayed here, love their casino and the food court plus theres a movie theater(mon-thur special price), view is amazing, everything is conveniently close, area 15 is literally around the corner(also a fun spot to visit). We will most definitely stay here again 😬

Room as described. No housekeeping offered unless you want to pay it just like room service and it’s expensive. But it’s a residential property so it’s acceptable. Very clean and quiet highly recommend.

I booked a room for 6 people for 2 nights and 3 days. When I asked for a change of towels, they charged me a fee. There were only 5 towels in a room for 6 people, and it was hard to understand why they were charging me an extra fee.

Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue. Clean rooms, cooking utensils available, easy access to restaurants and not too far from the strip makes this location perfect for visitors going to Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

The Palms Place is centrally located about one mile away from the strip within walking distance to fast food restaurants and convenience stores. The roof top lounge “Ghost Bar” has good music, cocktails, and a smoking area for cigar smokers. Not much to do for younger children other than bowling across the street at the Gold Coast Casino. I wouldn’t recommend renting a room on high floors during the windy season. The wind gust sounds might keep you from sleeping well. Despite not having daily housekeeping due to the condo being privately owned, our overall stay at the Palms Place was a good experience.

Amazing view - clean studio apartment

I loved the studio on the 20th floor overlooking the strip. Bathroom had a deep jet soaker tub and a rainfall shower head. 2 fridges and dishes. I would stay there again. Check-in and out was easy and everyone was friendly.
