For two people being disabled we were on the third floor end unit farthest from the elevator and being in the elevator was like a sauna I understand it being warm out there but being on the third floor and I don’t know they switched and gave me one free night to use as room service or the café in the construction at the end of the building is did not inform me to be honest I may not use you guys again or refer you sorry

I never went and I never plan to go.

It is a fraud. Because they say they accept service pets and then they demand a special service to be able to have you in the hotel. and the managers do not try to help you at all and the hotel they give you, which they say is to help, is very far from the beach,

Unfortunately, the pictures are not telling the full story. I understood that there was construction taking place, however there are some serious things to consider when staying at this resort. There were temporary beams between floors that were "supporting" the structure, for what I could only assume was due to the work being done. Also, the construction dumpsters and debris were everywhere, the restrooms near the bar were not in working order, so there was only 1 single bathroom that was in the laundry room available to guests while out by the pool/bar. Also, the walk to the beach from the resort itself should merit a gold cart to be honest, especially for older guests. The elevator was another issue, every time you took the chance to ride it, you hoped this would not be the time that it would get stuck or break. In all honesty, we would have checked out of the hotel the first night but being a holiday weekend finding a new place with a vacancy to stay was impossible.

Good location!

The hotel is going under a renovation with a small to none inconvenience. The new rooms are freshly painted, has also new floors and comfortable beds. The hotel is right on the beach, so very well located only minutes away from Fort Myers pier.

I was happy with the staff and facility but I had requested connecting rooms at least a month before my trip since we were traveling with my daughter and her baby but didn’t get one. Also our shower flooded and water spilled into the bedroom I received no call or apology for what happened. That’s not good customer service.

It was just OK. Nothing special except the beach. Property is dated and needs lots of work. Staff I interacted with were very nice but won't go back. Will find a nicer more comfortable place to stay next time.

Stedet man kunne blive for evigt.

Har boet på Outrigger 3 gange og elsker det hver gang. Lækker strand, godt miljø omkring poolen med tiki bar, café og live musik giver den helt rigtige følelse af afslapning og strandlivet i trygge omgivelser. Gode værelser og god service med de muligheder det skal være. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen!
