Good value apartment

Really good value for three people staying in Liverpool compared to other apartments available. Rather tight double bed in bedroom but choice of 2 bed settees in main room. Well equipped kitchen and reasonable shower room. Only 2 chairs at the table for eating! Apartment is in large shared house. A lot of noise from other guests two nights running who were returning in the early hours of the morning!!! Quiet area with interesting Lark Lane nearby. Good for restaurants/bars. Convenient bus route for the city centre nearby or a 40 minutes walk. Plenty of free parking available at rear of the premises but parking also possible on the road.

Cosy weekend trip

The apartments were perfect for our girls trip for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious & cosy, it had everything we needed. Very close to the centre and easy to get a taxi if needed. It was helpful to have tea, coffee & sugar on the premises, a nice touch. Easy to get in and lots of information given to us prior our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean with good facilities

We stayed in flat 3, 19 Ivanhoe Road for 3 nights in April. There is parking along the road outside the flat and we didn’t have any problems finding a space. The flat itself is well furnished, clean and warm. There is WiFi and Netflix which was great. The flat is very close to Lark Lane and Sefton Park, both of which we love. There was some noise coming from the surrounding flats on the Saturday night but nothing too loud - just sounds of people enjoying themselves in a great part of Liverpool.

Goede lokatie, makkelijk met de bus naar het centrum. Appartement was wat gedateerd en niet helemaal schoon.

Great location

Apartment was in perfect location and a great size. Not very clean on arrival, dirty clothes in drawer. The bed slates kept falling off in the night and there was no wifi

The apartment is a little rundown. Sofa is old and not clean. Kitchen is small and utensils are not clean.

Nice little 2 bedroomed apartment in Liverpool.

Adam puts up a good apartment, and left some eclairs in the fridge, which went down very well. Highly recommended for a stay in the city, very near the centre and amenities/services. Also, the nearby Chinese takeaway (the name escapes me) at the bottom of Sandringham Drive made a very nice and generously portioned Ham Fried Rice. Will likely stay again when we come back up to Liverpool.

Apartment didn't smell too pleasant on arrival and all the window were open. Pull out bed was uncomfortable as mattress very thin and squashed also stained.

Nice apartment close to city centre

A lovely little place to stay, 10 minute drive from the city centre (parking at the Liverpool shopping centre was £10 for 4 hours!) so we got a taxi there and back the next day which was £5 each way. We enjoyed the maritime museum and did a bit of shopping. The night life was fantastic - we had dinner at bistro jacques and then went to the comedy cellar next door where we never stopped laughing. We've had a great stay. Thankyou!

Clean spacious flat

Very positive experience. The flat was spacious and clean with reasonably easy access to the city centre. Great welcome from the landlord. The noise insulation between units could be better but nothing problematic.
