The location was great, just minutes away from Rosa Parks metro station. The property is modern but a little used. A few of the wall skirtings were broken. Having a kitchenette with cooking utensils was a nice addition. Would be better if the towels were changed daily — they will only clean your room (and I assume replace the towels) if you stay 7 nights or more.

Everything was okay, but they have some details that shouldn’t. The staff doesn’t speak english properly, they don’t clean the room if you stay less than 5 nights and they don’t have an iron to take to your room.

This apartment is perfect for a family. You can cook if you want to. Sofa bed was a decent size. Extremely convenient for station and travel to do sightseeing in Paris. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

The hotel itself was exactly what we expected and what we wanted. Unfortunately the metro station nearby was closed for some reason, making local transportation more difficult. We would stay there again on a future trip!

Near the E train with a few bakeries close by. If you are on a budget and want to stay in Paris this hotel is an excellent choice. Staff was polite and the room was very clean.
