One of the best stays we have ever had! Mafalda was wonderful - so communicative and helpful. She explained everything in the apartment and provided guidance throughout our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and was perfect for our time in Lisbon. We will definitely be back and will recommend Chiada Mercy to anyone traveling to Lisbon!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. We were very warmly welcomed before the check in time. The host was very responsive on text. The apartment itself was amazing. It had great views of the river and sao jorge castle. It is very well located, close to all attractions in the city. We loved walking everywhere. The apartment has many fixtures which are very thougtful and detailed. Everything was catered for. We were even left a gift at departure. Highly highly recommend this property
