The room condition is bad, towels, bedsheet, toilet are not clean..even I requested to change the towels but the condition of towels is still not clean..can see all black spots even it supposed to be all white in color.. the room have mosquitoes, I told the staff but the staff said there no mosquitoes..but the staff bring along a mosquitoes spray but I refused allowing him to spray in the room that I gonna to sleep as hard to sleep with the mosquitoes spray smells..The WiFi is most of the time not working in my room even the staff came check it..
