Vild med Personalet. Poolen (temperatur og renhed). Beliggenhed. Ikke så vild med: Rengøring kun en gang på en uge. Alt for hårde senge (vi havde to værelser - det var lige galt i begge). Hotellet er lidt slidt, men der er hyggeligt. Personlalet gjorde det en fantastisk ferie. Sirpa i receptionen i særdelehed. Damen ved poolen om formiddagen, der tog kampen op med alle de tosser, der reserverer solstole og ikke bruger dem - respekt for den kamp du tog med ham "helten" med hovedtelefonerne på det skaldede hoved. Det var der ikke mange, der havde turdet. Generelt bare pesonalet. Så flinke og rare.

Fin lejlighed - dog var vi skuffet over, at der ikke på vores ophold på 13 dage ikke blev skiftet viskestykker, og vi kun på opfordring fik en ny karklud. Der blev heller ikke rettidigt fyldt op med toiletpapir og skraldeposer, hvilket vi selv måtte ud og opsøge. Tænker rengøringen havde for travlt - vi lå sidst på ruten, så de ville vel bare gerne hjem. Ellers et dejligt ophold.

One advice - AVOID THIS HOTEL This hotel has its best times well over. Outdated rooms, furniture and equipment are not its biggest problem though. The "cleanliness" is appaling. I have never seen a hotel room this unkempt and filthy. No surprise it's a paradise for cockroaches - the one in our bathroom was a really good size. Housekeeping is non-existing in this "hotel" (hostel would be more appropriate although I think that even hostels have better hygiene standards than this "4* hotel"). I think the housekeepers just wipe all rooms and floors with one and same mop/cloth as after the "cleaning" (occurs once a week) there were even more varieties of hair and dirt than before (I initially cleaned the room myself (and especially the bathroom) after our arrival as it was not possible to stay there otherwise) so I had to clean again after the cleaners' visit. Having seen other reviews with exactly the same theme, I understood that complaining was futile. Even my two sons (11 and 10) who are certainly not the tidiest people in the world noticed the dirty bathroom sinks and kitchen counter shortly after we arrived. Nothing could ever outweigh this. Besides this, the hotel is old, half of the furnite is broken or falling apart, staff at the reception are superslow and not very helpful and the bathroom was really small (and sooo dirty!) considering the size of the whole room. Beds on wheels are just a cherry on the top of this disaster mirage.

Very poor breakfast.

Overall it was comfortable with a spacious apartment and a nice terrace. There were sufficient sunbeds by the pools. The free shuttle bus to the beach was useful as it's a steep clime back to the hotel. However the breakfast was a bun fight, constantly running out of cups, plates, food, drinks, the cooked food was cold. It was positively dangerous by the hot water ern as it was flooded and was an electrical extension in the water !

Lovely hotel but the late check in and early check out times need adjusting to match other hotels. 5 pm is very late and 11 a bit early!

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was so clean with lots of facilities. The apartment was really spacious with an open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Again all very clean and welcoming. The food in the hotel was really nice and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend a stay for either a couple or family.
