Loved Boston

Everything was great. Washer/Dryer was handy. Close to everything. Wish there were oven trays as we bought pizza and chips to make back at the apartment.

The sofa bed was terrible! And only gave out one winter blanket in the room, when I asked for extras, they gave another small to double it, not comfortable and not warm. Booked a six days stays, only 2 pod of coffee, asked for more, told me to get at the store!

On the outskirts of Chinatown. Not alot of dining options close by other than Asian cuisine. A bit on the sketchy side, but felt safe walking during the day. Pics of the common areas are nicer than the actual. Room was good though, clean and had what we needed. Comfy bed. Shower could use an update - flow is very low.

We rented the one-bedroom suite, which was a great setup for our group of 4 ladies. Close to the T stop, grocery store, and central to everything. Management isn’t on site, but they do have 24 hour security, although neighborhood was very safe. Washer is in the bathroom, which was handy. They do have luggage storage and elevators. We would definitely stay there again.

There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in. The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get around. The T is close. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t get in the door- no one was at the front desk. I had to ask a woman how to get in. There wasn’t anyone to call. The number on the web site could not connect me to a live person Stove top is damaged Missing door on closet Had to buy paper towels, garbage bags etc.

The accommodation was good, but I sent messages to the hotel several times before arriving and they didn't respond. When we arrived at the room, the air conditioning was off, the room was freezing cold, one day it was -13 outside. The room was only good (warm) the next morning. We were cold during the night. Since there was a stove, there was a horrible smell of food in the room because the exhaust fan wasn't working properly. We had stayed for three days and the amenities (soap, shampoo and paper towels) were not replenished (I made the request in person at the reception and they still didn't do it). I have only one compliment for Jolanda who was at the reception the day we arrived, she tried to help, but she wasn't authorized to do many things.

There was no reliable heat for over 12 hours after checking in. The staff on site who are not related to the booking did more to help than the actual company. During this time the temps averaged 17 degrees. I was also locked out of my unit on the 6th floor balcony due to AUTO LOCKING DOORS with no sort of signage or notice. Then the hotel staff emergency number does NOT work. You will not speak to a human calling ANY of their numbers. I had the key the door to get inside. I almost had to call the police for help. My entire stay was overshadowed with being forced to report issues, like the heat. I spent so much of my stay on the phone with hotels, the host, and the building management that it impeded the trip and business I had. I’m very unhappy.

The hotel canceled my reservation without explanation the day of arrival. Upon landing to Boston with my family, which was 10pm, We had no place to go and had zero empathy from the hotel to rebook or help us find a place to stay. Worst experience ever!

The property was in a good location and was in good shape. However, the advertised sofa bed is not something that is usable - it's basically a futon with no padding and a bar running down the middle of it. When it became clear the first night, we tried contacting management with no luck. We tried again the next morning and over 4 calls spent a good chunk of our morning trying to get the bed switched or fixed and also to get some more linens. All their help desk folks were useless - lots of talk, but no results. Eventually the security helped us get some extra towels/linens. It wasn't till the following day (2 days from check in) that the maintenance staff was there and they provided a rollaway and proper bedding. For the amount they're charging, putting in a $1000 proper sofa bed would be the most basic and easiest thing to do. However, between the bed and service, it took a lot away from our stay and our impression of this rental.

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

It was a family trip for holiday. The rom was given to me exactly at 04.00pm although the room was empty and I was prepared to pay extra for early checkin. There is no front desk. ITs only a security person sitting there who cant help you with anything at all. IT was very cold about -10 deg. Celsius outside But there was no hot water running in the taps. The first day we managed with just warm water. On second day there was not even warm water. We called the security person and after long waiting hours he came up and fixed something. That worked for that day. On the next day again there was NO HOT WATER. We called the security but it's different person everyday. The person knew nothing and refused to help. He made a call but said there was no reply. We called the customer service several times for next 3 hours as we had an early morning check out on next day. On every call they said someone would come to fix the problem but nobody came. Finally there was a call from the customer service only to tell me there is nothing they can do about the problem. It can be fixed only on the next day after my check out. We had to take cold water showers in minus temp. The dish water was also leaking and soap water was coming all over the room. While they are have very sophisticated system to send emails, notices, reminders, collecting credit card details but they are pathetic when it comes to service. I will never stay here again nor will recommend anyone to stay here. ASKED REFUND
