I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by

The room had a fully equipped kitchen which should be extremely convenient when needed. Good space, room and bathroom very clean. Quiet location.

Problems from Day 1 with this property. In room washer/dryer did not work. Lighting was wired incorrectly and kept going on/off. Refrigerator did not keep items cold. No emptying of trash daily; was told to carry trash down the street to another property. TV did not work. Evening manager not helpful and had a bad attitude. We contemplated leaving after first night and going to another hotel but there were no vacancies anywhere else. We are frequent world travelers for the last 10 years and would not recommend this hotel.

This is not a traditional hotel; it's considered service studio "apartments." I would characterize the room as sort of like a Comfort Inn, but with kitchenette. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Bayswater underground station, and 15 minutes to Paddington station. There are several grocery options within walking distance, and a number of restaurants and cafes. In my particular room, the available seating was two plastic chairs at the little dining table, or the bed. According to photos I saw, some of the rooms are larger and have a small sofa. The room was decent, with a nice kitchenette, but the dishwasher had a musty smell because they apparently leave it fully closed all the time. I discovered that it *needs* to be fully closed in order to keep the under-counter refrigerator door closed. There's also a washing machine. They provide dishwasher detergent packets but none for the washer. The bathroom was very nicely designed, but there was mold in spots where the wall tile meets the floor tile. Housekeeping does not provide service every day except to empty trash; they didn't empty mine every day. I like a firm bed, but this one was so hard it was like sleeping on the box springs; they should put some sort of gel cushion on it. I couldn't use the safe; some previous guest had closed it without clearing their combination. London is an expensive place, so I'd stay here again because of the price, but don't expect a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Do your research before booking this venue. Pros - location is great. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. It was good to have a washer/dryer in the room. The apartment layout meant we had more space than just a hotel room. Cons - the fit out was obviously done a few years ago and there has been no money spent on maintenance since. Things didn’t work or were missing or mismatched but the worst thing was that it was just dirty. The glass bathroom door has dubious splashes on it, the floor was gritty, the crockery was stained and the spare duvet had no cover and was torn and filthy. Unfortunately the guests in the room directly above us liked to party when they came in from their evening out at 3am, making lots of noise. The location was excellent but the many faults mean we would not recommend this hotel.

Overall a good stay.

Good exeprience overall. Quick walk from Paddington. Close to shops restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nice and comfortable but needed some attention. The blinds did not work and were torn and shabby. There was welcome pack so get your own tea and coffee.

Le : L'appartement était propre et le personnel très sympathique et bienveillant lit principal confortable Le - : le lit d'appoint n'est pas confort du tout (canapé lit en cuir), j'aurai préféré un lit pliable à la limite. La vaisselle n'était pas prévu pour 3 personnes, les rideaux déchiré un peu bof et le sèche cheveux d'une autre époque qui ne fonctionnait pas (aimablement remplacé par un vrai sèche cheveux immédiatement) Le reste rien à redire l'appartement était propre sdb aussi Merci pour le séjour

Nos toco la 203. Es un trastero reconvertido en habitación. Pequeño, con lo necesario. Las ventanas no aislan. El baño es muy pequeño y necesita un repaso, las juntas azulejos estan negras. Yo llevo chanclas siempre. Pequeño pero justo. Calidad precio perfecto. Bien comunicado con línea amarilla verde y roja, ojo el metro de londres pocas estaciones son accesibles, si venis con maletas tenedlo en cuenta. La recepción y personal maravilloso. Yo repetiría seguro. No limpian las habitaciones en la estancia y no hay servilletas ni para limpiar. Zona muy tranquila
