Stayed for one night and got car broken into and bags stolen. Contact with manager was not very helpful. We were initially told it's not their problem but the problem of the police. While waiting for the police to attend, the manager informed us that if we would stay longer, we would have to pay for another night. Sorry but never again!

The room was not cleaned very well, the curtains had layers of dust and there were ants everywhere. There was masking tape on the curtains and a huge gap under the door. The aircon getting hitting what sounded like a fan, such a loud awful noise. I ended up turning it off and due to asthma wasn't game enough to turn on the fan. I had selected to pay on arrival, but my card had already been charged. The lady at reception was nice however locked the doors after i walked out at 4pm.

The room was clean although I suspect the bathroom was just given a quick go as there was shower water still on the floor. I know Covid knocked businesses around so many like this one must have let staff go. That shows with the supply of paper cups, no plates or cutlery and plastic glasses. For the money just a clean comfy bed and shower is provided. There looked like a restaurant once was and breakfast used to be offered. Now nothing. It was convienent to the shops which was just as well as no where in the advertising did it mention no food services but they did provide a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar, a toaster and microwave. Overall, we had a comfortable stay but it’s just sad to see accommodation places looking so tired and run down due to lack of staff and maintenance.
