We arrived at Hoai Anh Plaza at few minutes after 2PM, having booked it months in advance. When we arrived, an extremely rude security guard blocked us from going inside, and told our taxi driver we could not go in despite having already paid for our room - no explanation as to why. People sat in the lobby just watching this happen. We had to stand on the side of a very busy road booking another hotel, and had to get another taxi to that hotel. When I messaged the hotel to ask for a refund, they ignored it - I am still waiting on Expedia to get back to me about this matter. Avoid at all cost.

객실 내부 디자인이 매우 유니크한 매력이 있음.

호텔 자체는 꽤 오래된듯 합니다. 근데 관리 상태가 좋고, 내부 구조가 굉장히 독특하고 넓고 좋아요

到着が遅れることを事前に伝えていて返事もちゃんと貰っていたにもかかわらず、到着しても玄関が閉まりフロントも真っ暗でかなり待たされた。 その挙句ルームキーを入れている引き出しの鍵がないと探し回っている間 夜中到着でクタクタだった。 また滞在中一度もシーツ交換掃除がなかった。
