Fantastic view of the bay

We had a fantastic view of Naples Bay from our balcony - couldn't have been any better. The room was clean and modern. The only downside was breakfast - it initially looked OK, but the hot food was pretty poor, and the cappuccino seemed like it came out of a box. The pastries were OK. So, stay at the hotel and have breakfast in town.

Cannot beat the location! Easy walk to everything, including the station (for trips to Pompeii or bus to Positano and Amalfi). Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was ok, a simple buffet breakfast and you can order coffee as you prefer. It has a lovely pool but it’s not heated so it’s more suited to summer vacations. Typical European size hotel room and with an elevator! It was good for us because we were out all day and just needed a place to shower and sleep. Breakfast was a bonus.

I was really happy with the central location so that it was easy fir us to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The entire property was beautiful and the staff could all speak good English.

It’s 4 stars because of the location but the bathroom and bedding is a 1 Star. I was truly disappointed. Moved over to another hotel 6 min walk and it’s beyond gorgeous. It’s a bed & breakfast concept

Very clean and the views over the bay were excellent. Staff at reception were very helpful and considerate. Pool was lovely too. Bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. No fault found

It is great place to stay. Location it’s just perfect. The view from our room was stunning, staff very friendly. I would highly recommend it and if I go to Sorrento again I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The rooms were too small to allow us to open 2 suitcases at the same time. The bathrooms were way too small...shower stalls were too small. The location was excellent. Staff was courteous. Breakfasts were mediocre at best. Would have liked an omelet and/or fresh eggs for breakfast.... perhaps some fish...
