Appart- hôtel très bien situé et bien agencé

Tout près de la station Nordbahnhof et du mémorial du mur de Berlin, appartement très pratique et spacieux. Seul petit bémol, le bruit de la rue (circulation modérée) et le vis-à-vis dans les chambres. L'accueil est vraiment sympa et on nous a laissé nous installer dans l'appart bien avant les 13heures annoncés. C'était très agréable de laisser nos bagages dès notre arrivée dans l'appart et on a pu commencer à visiter tout de suite sans les bagages. Les supermarchés sont près de l'appart, il est donc facile de se faire à manger (et la cuisine est très bien équipée: four, four micro- onde, plaques de cuisson, cafetière, bouilloire)

Modern flat in Berlin

Arrived by taxi at the Metzer St office and picked up keys. We were given a map and as we were early for our check in we walked to the apartment in Gartenstrausse which took 30 mins. The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a 3 day break .including tea, coffee etc. Useful to have unlimited internet. Very close to underground station, taxi rank, and bus stop with convenience store just around the corner.

Good apartment excellent location

4 of us (2 adults plus 2 teenagers) stayed in Apartment Lully on the 3rd floor of Gartenstr. Great location - at the end of the street is the last remaining section of The Berlin Wall and visitor centre - well worth a visit. The apartment was bright and clean, simply furnished (Ikea) with everything needed for a happy self-catering break. Nordbahnhof Station is just round the corner making it very easy to get around. There is a large supermarket and several good cafe and restaurants within 10 minutes walking. Museum Island is approx. 20 minutes’ walk away or a quick ride on the train. The only thing that was a little tiring was having to go to OTA's office on Metzer Str to check-in and collect the keys but the staff were very nice and helpful so I soon got over it! The apartment has Wifi via a code issued on check-in and if you want a DVD player you need to book it in advance. Check-out is at 11am and the OTA office are happy to hold your luggage for the rest of the day. Berlin is a great city to visit and full of interesting things to see and do - definitely recommend pre-booking tickets/times otherwise you run the risk of queuing. Also recommend getting a Berlin travel pass so that you can hop on and off all public transport.

Brilliant apartment close to the centre!

From all the reviews I had read, I was sure we had come across a gem and we were not disappointed! The apartment was a modern, very clean and spacious one within close proximity to transport links to the centre. The staff were incredibly helpful upon arrival and provided us with all the information we needed! Would definitely stay there again :)

Would stay at Old Town Apartments again

I would recommend staying at Old Town Apartments if you have more than 2 people in your party. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom was spacious, and will give you more room than a standard hotel. The accommodations were also very clean, and in a safe neighborhood with restaurants and sites in close proximity.

It was extremely hot at the time of our stay. This apartment has no air conditioning, only a couple of fans and open windows to give some relief. The business establishments across the court yard begin at 4 a.m. with rattling bottles and beginning their preparation for the day. The Nordbahnhof light shines in. Sleeping was not good.

Enkel men fräsch lägenhet

Bra service av trevlig personal som skötte allt mkt smidigt. Lägenheten var enkelt möblerad men fullt tillräckligt och allt var rent och fräscht. Trevligt lugnt läge med nära till det mesta. Rekommenderas!

God beliggenhed og god service

Vi boede 3 voksne og 4 børn i lejligheden på 2. sal på Gartenstrasse. Lejligheden er ikke af de nyeste men ganske fin og rummelig. Der er 2 soveværelser, badeværelse med bruser i badekaret, køkken, stue m/ sovesofa, spisebord m/8 stole, 2 lænestole og balkon uden møbler (men man kan let tage stole med ud). Køkkenet har kun det mest nødvendige - ikke saks, ostehøvl osv. Beliggenheden er god men ingen indkøb lige i nærheden ud over lille kiosk i stueetagen. 2 fine legepladser lige overfor lejligheden. Lige nær et stykke af muren. Nøglen skal hentes på anden adresse, men vi fik den leveret da vi udenfor åbningstid. Super sød velkomst og introduktion til byen - god service! Ingen larm fra biler da vi var der fordi vejen var spæret pga vejarbejde. Der bliver varmt da lejligheden er uden aircon. men der kan let laves gennemtræk ved at åbne vinduerne. Vi vil gerne bo der igen.

Tolle 3 Tage in Berlin!

Wir habwen 3 wunderschöne Tage in Berlin verbracht und das haben wir Old Town Apartment zu verdanken. Unsere 3 Raumwohnung lag in den Gartenstrasse. Die lage war total bequem, 3 Minutten bis zum Nordbahnhof und von dort 2-3 Stationen mit dem S-Bahn bis zur Stadtmitte. Die Wohnung war gross, sauber, mit allem ausgestatten, was wir brauchten und günstig. Vielen lieben Dank!

Le site, le site, le site.

Appartement très très bien situé, qui nous a permis de nous rendre à pied aux principaux sites historiques et d'en revenir. Travaux importants d'infrastructures dans la rue adjacente, entraînant une interruption du service de tram, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangées outre mesure. Nous aurions aimé avoir une feuille avec suggestions d'endroits où aller manger près de l'appartement. Le café à côté de l'immeuble a été fermé durant tout notre séjour. Suggestions d'épiceries également.
