Beautiful unit; terrible service/support.

A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

Nice rooms, confusing check-in

The rooms are nice and roomy. Very clean, nicely appointed. Not much bathroom storage. Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Biggest complaint was check-in. I did not get instructions in advance. Stuck on curb in the rain. When we received them, the code did not work. New code issued, but it must have been a master code: upon reading instructions to room, we chose wrong door and managed to open wrong room! After much embarrassment and apologies, we checked into correct room. Went to dinner and when we returned code did not work. On curb again. Received new code. No cafes open the next morning and we requested breakfast too late. Not interested in returning.

This was a lovely apartment in every way—bright, clean, elegant, airy, and spacious, especially after the tiny room we stayed in in Paris. Loved it! It does require quite a bit of walking to get to the tram or the center of town a mile away. High thumbs up except for that.

Il n’y avait pas le code wi-fi dans la chambre. J’ai adressé un mail pour le recevoir sans aucune réponse en retour. Une bouteille de vin était prévue dans la prestation. Je l’ai signalé vers 7h45 mais les personnes terminaient leur journée… donc rien !!!

Prix trop élevé pour le service proposé

Le bâtiment a été rénové avec goût et la chambre aménagée en duplex était bien agencée. La kitchenette était très bien aménagée avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Cependant, nous sommes restés 4 nuits au total et plusieurs points négatifs sont a relevés. A aucun moment le ménage n'a été fait, alors que cela était indiqué dans le document présent dans la chambre. Nous n'avons eu droit à un torchon de cuisine et à 2 verres en carton dans la sdb que le dernier jour. Le plateau de la table à manger tenait à peine ce qui rendait nos repas pénibles. Mais le plus incroyable est que la pastille lave-vaisselle présente dans un tiroir la veille de notre départ a disparu. Nous n'avons même pas pu lancer le lave-vaisselle au moment de notre départ. Ce dernier point nous a fait douter de la fiabilité de la gestion des lieux. Vu le prix de cette réservation, nous ne pensions pas nous confronter à ces différents soucis. Nous garderons un goût amer de cette expérience malgré le cadre des lieux.

Stunning

Beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Complimentary breakfast on the door each morning, juice, water, tea & coffee provided. Well equipped, comfortable and well served. Villa Erizio is such a beautiful place. Myself and my husband spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure.
