It was a great place to stay. A bit run down looking from the outside, but the inside of the room was like a little apartment. The bathtub made up for everything. This was the main reason why we chose it. Not near the city center.

Stay away from this hotel

Room was clean but bathroom was not remodeled. No breakfast, no coffee in the morning, no swimming pool and they rent rooms to homeless shelter.

This is NOT 3 Star Hotel. I can see where it once was, but with a broken window and ac unit, they can no longer hold that status. I could go on, but let me finish with, during our 5 day stay, housekeeping never ince checked in on us.

The most unsatisfied stay that I ever had. We paid the hotel online through expedia and they also charged my husband upon checking in. The rooms is located in the middle of nowhere like a motel. It's very unsafe.

Our original room stunk. They gave us a less stinky room. There was a police vehicle in the parking lot constantly. The key never worked. They have no pool, no lobby even. Never again.

There were people living in the rooms, they said they were in a program. That was not diclosed on the wb site. The pictures are very outdated and misleading to the property. The room was ok but there was no breakfast provided as stated. I would not recommend this half way house to be on your website as a hotel.

Stay away!!!!

I’m looking for a refund. I did not stay at the property which in there description failed to mention it’s a homeless and halfway house. It was not as it is described per your listing. I did not feel safe staying there with my parents. We also learned that police are often called to the hotel.

This place is disgusting. Cigarette hole in the bedspread, walls and baseboards nasty with splatters of something. Bathtub was old and dirty with something on the tub floor. No coffee pot. I paid $150 for this nasty place and I am not happy!!!

Did not like the fact that it was a homeless shelter very deceiving I asked the girl when I checked in she told me no and then I asked her why there were so many police officers around and she says just to keep the peace then there was a homeless man right in front of our door right next-door, digging through the trash

I've stayed at this property many times over the past fifteen years, so happily booked it for this trip. When I arrived, I was appalled by the condition. No inside check-in. Weeds all over the place. Broken chairs and trash in the outside patios of many rooms. The room itself was fine, not bad. However, the internet was terrible: slow and erratic. This place LIED about having internet. It does NOT have internet--at least not usable internet. This place was terribly disappointing and I won't be coming back. I also blame Orbitz for recommending such a place.

Horrible experience

This facility enforced COVID protocols even though our government and the WHO have determined that COVID is no longer a threat. They claimed that the pool and hot tub was closed due to these protocols. They also closed the lobby and limited the "free" breakfast. The clerk was friendly and the room was clean, but that's the best I can say. They no longer patrol the grounds. There were "working" professionals in the back lot. Several characters that appeared homeless roaming the grounds. I felt very unsafe outside of the room. This will be our last visit to this establishment.

This is a homeless shelter, the amount of people on the chairs outside their rooms is an obvious give away that these are long term residents. The lobby is closed for some reasome, preventing reasonable check-in processes. It took me 45 minutes to get into my room because rhere were people in front of me when I arrived and even more people when my key didnt work. One person is not enough. No Pool, No Breakfast yet priced like a 4 star hotel. Blows my mind this place is in business. I had intended on staying a second night, but the old ladies, smoking their swisher sweet in the night gowns outside their rooms staring at me has scared me away.

Nastiest hotel ever

The hotel was a drug riddled cestpool with a potential of grave violence. You couldnt get into the lobby. The room stunk and when i asked for another the front desk clerk said thatvwas the best room they had. The bed was foam-not even a real mattress and the bath had mold. I couldnt stay there and i am disgusted it was offered thru your website. Without the ability to cancel i was charged $106 for crime and drug dealing on top of filth for a hotel room. This is unconscionable and noone should have to pay for something when in fear for there life
