Aruba Apartments

A great location very close to South Broadbeach tram stop, Pacific Fair Mall, Oasis mall and a huge well patrolled beach. Lots of space in the appartment, Good Internet, good TV, great to have laundry facilities including some detergent. Some signs of age, cracks, broken dishwasher, but most things worked. Could have used some insect spray when I arrived to get rid of a couple of mosquitoes, some of the information may have been out of date. Nice hosts who were generally helpful and responsive.

Place to crash after long day at theme parks

extended stay style where you need to take care of your apartment and do your laundry. if you are travelling on budget and willing to prepare food by yourself the place fits the bill. expect modest accommodation.

All you need for a good break on the gold coast.We had everything we needed,air con.washer and dryer,tv.Walking distance to downtown Broadbeach,Jupiters casino,Draculars and Pacific Fair.

IRRESPONSIBLE !!!

BED BUGS! After having spent a satisfactory first week despite a broken and unreplaced dryer, we decided to come back for a second week and were accommodated in another apartment. From the first day, we had reported a strong smell of damp and a clear lack of kitchen utensils. In addition, we had noticed some traces in the bed in the middle of the week, but it was only on Sunday lunchtime when we were remaking the bed that we understood that there were bedbugs in the mattress. We immediately contacted the emergency service who did not want to do anything or even offer alternative emergency accommodation despite our insistence (we only had one night left). It is absolutely scandalous! Of course, we immediately left the hotel and took a room only 5 minutes away at our expense... The next day, they did everything they could to apologize miserably by offering - A refund for the last night!!! WELL DONE, NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.

The lock to front gate is confusing,late arrival was horrible experience, couldn't unlock the safety bx to get my room key,then had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, not even tv in bedroom, room very dated and dusty if you moved a piece of furniture..Just found the whole experience a bit annoying.

cops turned up 4 times in 16 days whilst we were there shower dirty and under bed lolly stuck to carpet and not vacuumed but we just didn't say anything as we don't like to cause friction we just cleaned out shower and cleaned up carpet! we were just sleeping and showering their so wasn't worth the hassle even though we paid good money for it !!!
