I booked this hotel as a 24 hour layover. The first room provided didnt even have a windown to outside. The windwo was to the hallway. The shower tap was broken and no hot water. I was very shocked for this level of hotel to have such rooms. The only good thing is that they transfered us to another room whch was in a better condition.

Broken air con in the room. Couldnt adjust the room temperature. We were sweating all night. Air con was extremely noisy too. Taps in the batroom were almost jammed. Worst stay ever.

Jet-lag catch up.

This was a jet-lag catch up after a 14 hour flight. Did not use any hotel facilities. Due to the pandemic some things like some food facilities had been closed. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially concierge.

I've stayed here before. The staff is friendly & polite. They don't have a restaurant & the parking fees are ridiculous, $60 per night......CRAZY!
