Guests at this beach condo building will appreciate convenient on-site amenities such as barbecue grills and a picnic area. Westwinds was beautiful and clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and when visiting the beach across the street. They also enjoyed the fishing docks right behind the pool that were easily accessible. We were able to walk to Publix and other stores. Great experience!

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view over the water. The pool was very nice. Laundry facilities were nice. The location was great. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street. Loved it.

The hurricane/tornado damage obviously caused havoc in the whole area so a lot was closed and I expected that. The unit I stayed in was very nice and well maintained and felt very homey and comfortable. There was a lot of rehab going on. You can tell they take pride in the resort and are trying to get everything back to its former glory.

Decent place, improvements on the way

This property was pretty out-dated on the outside but our room was great. There was ongoing construction on some of the rooms on the first floor, so that looks promising. The pool was fine but nothing fancy. The laundry area felt like a creepy basement on the “bathroom” in the laundry area near the pool was a toilet behind a curtain. Our room was great. We had a two bedroom and the kitchen had everything we needed to make food and eat in our room which was a great savings. It was a short walk to the Publix. The public beach is right across the street and there is a cabana/umbrella rental there which is very convenient. My children’s favorite thing to do every morning was look out the back window of our room to see if there were dolphins in the water. We saw dolphins many times, as well as stingrays and lots of cool birds.
