très bien mais "organisation à comprendre"

Ce riad, est dans la médina et donc au bout de petites ruelles improbables, il n'y a pas d'accès direct en voiture. La "mauvais surprise" c'est que ce riad n'a pas de personnel présent en permanence ( personne pour accueillir..). C'est un des riad d'une personne en ayant une dizaine. Il y'a donc un service "global" mis en place. Il faut bien appeler pour ce faire "accueillir" sinon, porte close et il faut comprendre qu'ils ont mis un service de "guide" pour accèder aux différents établissements. Une fois cela compris, le riad est joli, calme, propre et assez proche du centre. Nous avons privilégié le taxi de peur de se "perdre" dans les méandres des petites rues et du fait du prix très raisonnable du taxi.

Verlassenes Riad

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Im Riad hat ein junger Mann uns begrüßt und ist abends weg gegangen. Nachts waren wir komplett alleine dort. Das Riad befindet sich mitten im Labyrinth von Marrakesch. Zum Frühstück wurden wir von einer Angestellten des Schwesterriads abgeholt. Dieses war ein Palast dagegen mit vielen Gästen. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Riad fantástico, ubicación no tan buena

El Riad sería 100% recomendable si no fuese por su ubicación al norte de la medina. Hay una distancia de algo más de 20 min desde la Plaza Jamaa el fna, atravesando el zoco. Durante el día no hay problema, pero de noche, con los establecimiento cerrados el camino se hace bastante incomodo (callejuelas oscuras de la medina con muy poco transito de gente y mucho menos de turistas), limitando al viajero su horas de llegada a un adecuada (19h -20h). Seguramente si se viaja durante los meses de primavera y verano, cuando los días son más largos, la ubicación del riad no sería tan incómoda.

Albergo accogliente in una zona caratteristica

L'albergo si trova in una zona caratteristica di Marrakech a un quarto d'ora dal centro della città. E' una situazione meno turistica rispetto al centro, ma se si predilige questo è l'ideale per restare in città qualche giorno; con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti carini e caratteristici. Vicino c'è una moschea e di giorno un mercato che non ha niente a che vedere con il grande mercato di spezie, ceste e manufatti del centro città. Il personale è molto carino, parlano molto bene francese, ma quasi per niente inglese. La colazione è caratteristica e molto buona ; le stanze piccoline ma pulite e accoglienti.

Hotellet var helt OK. Personalen var måna om oss och servicen var bra. Men vi hade aldrig hittat till hotell utan hjälp, fanns inga skyltar som visade var hotellet låg.

När vi väl hittade Riaden var det ingen som öppnade när vi ringde på. Vi had etur att få hjälp av några tonåringar som visste vem ägaren var och kunde leta upp honom. Väl insläppta på riaden fick vi världens minsta rum. dock blev allt mycket bättre dagen efter då vi fick flytta till ett större rum på en annan riad - utan extra kostnad!

The hotel is quite reasonable, with perfect location in the Medina of Marrakech. However, the access to it is very difficult, there is no parking place and there are lots of peeople, requesting money for suvices not required by you

Gem of a hotel, but finding it can be a chore

We arrived in Marrakech after dark and were completely unable to find this riad on our own. We ended up hiring a guide to walk us to the door for 50 dirhams. Once we found it, though, we were extremely happy with the riad. The check-in clerk/concierge at the hotel was one of the nicest people we met in Morocco and really went out of his way to ensure we had a nice stay. The rooms were also lovely and very clean. We were especially pleased with the modern bathroom and linens. It's worth noting that this riad has a partnership with Riad Al Jazira nearby, which means you can access all of the amenities at Al Jazira--including free wi-fi, a legitimate pool, and a steam room--if you stay at Dar Zitouna.
