Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

Accueil très agréable et souriant et surtout très professionnel (nous remercions la personne à l’accueil) La literie est parfaite, les toilettes et la selle de bains étaient très propres. Déçu...! Plusieurs soucis dès notre arrivée, on ne nous retrouver pas, bon ça peut arriver, on nous a demandé plusieurs fois si on était dans le bon hôtel et dans les bonne dates malgré notre réservation sur le téléphone donc preuve à l'appui.. la personne qui est quand même la directrice dit à sa collègue ( comme si nous étions pas là) non mais faut vérifier car les gens se trompent et nous affirme que c'est la bonne date ( nous savons encore quand on a prévu de partir en week end .... Bref on laissé passer ...) Nous avons enfin la clé de notre chambre ... Nous nous retrouvons au bout d'un couloir sans lumière dans celui ci.... Une porte qui ferme très difficilement, le ménage laisse a désirer beaucoup beaucoup de poussières sur les meubles ! Un chewing-gum par terre .... Obligé de demander du papier toilette en supplément et de devoir se justifier pour en avoir un rouleau .... Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous serions pas rester de plus de toute façon... Le petit dej rien a redire , beaucoup de choix des produits frais et bon ! La personne qui était là ce matin est adorable !

Établissement en difficulté mais qui tiens bon avec un tarif imbattable. Alors oui il ny avait pas la télécommande de la tv et le par douche montre des signe défauts de joints et fixation en bas. Mais au moins c'est propre. Spacieux. Le personnel accueillant et pro.
