Apartment was clean, crisp white sheets and nothing dirty with good amenities for a few days stay but common area carpets weren’t vacuumed in 4 days with leaves and bugs everywhere. Our room (18) had a stale smell like old cigarette smoke or something very damp inside and reed diffusers had been used to mask the smell. Our stay was ok but we were disappointed in our room. Perfect family holiday

We’ve stayed at heaps of different types of accomo on Nelson bay but nothing beats Mantra. Pool is always beautifully clean, staff are lovely and helpful and the location is the best. Can leave the car parked and walk to everywhere.
