The property was great. It did say that breakfast was included and it was actually not. Other than that it is a beautiful building very centrally located with great views of Santiago.

No privacy

People coming in and out of your room for any reason. If you want people coming into your suite without knocking at 8-9pm to leave messages or to search for problems to fix, this is the place. Everyone has a key from your room and will invade your place. No privacy at all

Algunos departamentos son propiedad del Apart Hotel. Esta bien ubicado, cerca del metro y el Mall Apumanque. El aseo no fue muy bueno y el desayuno eran galletas, mermelada y jugo en caja.

Hotel Ótimo!!

O Apart é uma delícia! Lindo! com uma vista linda dos Andes! Fomos super bem atendidas e tudo que precisamos foi resolvido na hora. Fica em uma avenida movimentada e a uns 20 quarterões de um centro comercial com posto turistico.

It´s not a hotel, but it´s good.

When we arrived at the place, I and my workmate , we realized it was not a hotel it was a "rent for season" kind of flat apartment. The flat was very confortable but it missed a very importatn item: an air-conditioner. Mainly in summer when Santiago is very hot. Although there´s a person who cleans the apartment and brings a very simple breakfast, it should not be advertised as a hotel. But if you want to save money it´s ok. Considering most places are more then US$ 100. The location is good, but it´s not like Providencia neighborhood. There´s a shopping( Albumanque) near it, but it´s not very good also. Overall, it´s a good option for saving money with hosting, but it´s not a hotel and that should be advertised as such.

My place in Santiago (when I go for business)

The apartment is brand new. It was very clean with an incredible view (floor 17). It has everything you need and is located in an area with many commercial shops nearby. The wi-fi of the building is of excellent quality (speed) and the pool in the building is also great. What can I say, this place is very good and the lady in charge of it very kind.
