I used to live in Miami, and never knew about this place. I took a vacation back and found this place on Expedia, MAN, I struck the jackpot. The quietness was enough for me. One night I stayed in and got a solid 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. This definitely is my new spot when I come back to South Beach!

Property is in a great location 10 min walk to the beach, great restaurants not too far and very quiet surrounding even the rooms by the pool. My only issue was the apartment floor very unstable with the tile cracking and moving whenever you walk. Overall great property for short stays.

I like this hotel because of its location — it’s within walking distance to the beach and various other places. It offers a full kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, and a sofa bed. The space is spacious and comfortable, giving the feeling of having rented a complete apartment. If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that the rooms could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to deep cleaning. However, I’ve been staying at this property for about 12 consecutive years, and I truly appreciate its prices, location, and overall facilities.

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen was a great touch and made things easier but they had little to no appliances which made things hard. I would recommend the hotel providing dish soap, dish scrub, paper towels and disinfectant sprays. These additions would allow those who stay keep the area clean. The area around the hotel is beautiful, the patio is great and you often see the workers watering the plants and taking care of the outdoor area! The outside area is a wonderful place to have a meal and enjoy the weather!

Worst hotel I have ever visited dirty, awful not the same as the pictures at all, the staff was rude and the area was really sketchy. Don’t stay here!
