A lovely stay but lacks nice details

This aparthotel ticks all the boxes you'd need for a comfortable stay. The beds are superb, the room is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathroom are good sizes and the location is excellent for the U Bahn. The room is nicely furnished and the WiFi is absolutely outstanding. We had speeds of around 250mb which is far quicker than anything I've seen in a hotel at home. But it just felt like there was maybe a little lack of attention to detail. The corridors to the rooms are horrible and give a first impression that isn't fair on the rest of the stay. There are no added extras in the room, like a couple of biscuits, a welcome pack type thing with handy information such as how to recycle, get bins emptied and local info, there is even a lack of pictures on the walls which makes part of the room feels very sparse. Small details were lacking. The room key was plain and unbranded. The numbers in the corridor were in sheets of A4 in cheap looking frames. Outside the lighting is extremely poor around the entrance. Don't get me wrong, we had a very nice stay, would return and would happily recommend. But this is a venue with huge potential, and it just feels like a few little tweaks would quickly and easily take it from a 4 star review to a full 5. Because it's very close.

Our stay was comfortable and stylish. The room is exactly like the pictures, spacious and very aesthetic. We didn’t speak any German but the staff were able to communicate in English with us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Außerdem waren sowohl frische Bettwaren, als auch Handtücher, ein Shampoo und der Fön wie beschrieben vorhanden. Leider war das Zimmer - auf jeden Fall zum angrenzenden Zimmer - sehr hellhörig: wir durften einem anfahrenden Gast bis 2 Uhr morgens beim außerordentlich lautstarken Duschen zuhören. Auch ein vorzeitiger Check-In war nach der Ankunft eines Mitarbeiters möglich (vorher hatte das automatische System den Vorgang nicht zugelassen). Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr erreichbar - auch ein Schild am Eingang weißt auf die Öffnungszeiten unter der Woche hin. Bei unserem lärmenden Nachbar haben wir uns nachts etwas im Stich gelassen gefühlt - der mitgegebe Zettel weißt keine explizite Notrufnummer aus. Bei einer Festnetznummer wollten wir nachts ohne besonderen Hinweis nicht mehr anrufen. Dieser Umstand trübt den sehr guten Gesamteindruck etwas. Ansonsten gibt es mehrere Supermärkte in Laufweite und ebenso viele Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs, der in weniger als 20min in die Innenstadt führt. Parkplätze auf der Straße kosten bis Samstagnacht (22 Uhr) Geld, Sonntags steht man umsonst auf der Straße. Der Eingang der Unterkunft spiegelt von außen nicht die Qualität der Behausung wieder. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft selbst kann auch nichts wegen respektloser und absolut dreister Gäste. Die Erreichbarkeit via Whatapp / einer besonders ausgewiesenen Notrufnummer für die Nacht wäre top.

Das Apartment ist zwar auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön, modern und hochwertig, jedoch nur auf dem ersten Blick. Das Apartment wurde renoviert mit dem minimalsten Aufwand. Qualitativ ist es wirklich sehr schlecht. Der Mülleimer war nicht geleert. Die Hälfte der Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Man kann das Apartment akzeptieren, aber nicht zu diesem Preis. Definitiv zu teuer.

Zimmer einfach aber ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte. Absolut geschleckt - super sauber, das erhöht das Wohlfühl-Intro. Wohingegen der Eingang (vor allem Aufzug und Flur) absoluten Shining Charakter. Wer ein echtes Hotel sucht, ist hier falsch. Aber ein kleines Apartment. Fürs Wochenende findet man hier.
