Good place to stay, handy to most places. I could image shorter people or people with short legs would have great issues getting in and out of the shower, it could be very dangerous.

Good apartments, need better sofa beds!

Good CBD location, close to transport, shops and visitor attractions. Very quiet at night. Very clean, usefully stocked kitchen. Nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Family of four so the children had the queen bed whilst we had the sofa bed. This was the only let down as the sofa bed wasn’t that comfy and didn’t come with full bedding. We would have struggled if we were staying longer than 2 nights.

Great location

Basic CBD accommodation in a great location and reasonable value for Sydney. Some aspects of the unit were somewhat tired and daily servicing was for a light touch with ful linen change every third day. The staff were tremendous, friendly and very helpful

Good position of apartment to shopping

Was well positioned but lack of wifi(10 mins obtained only and then I was kicked off) over a 4 day period was very frustrating when only means of communication to my home country.

Good location but apartment room 503 a bit tired

Handy to train stations and wide range of shopping. Main complaint was the lack of water pressure in bathroom sink and the inconsistent mix of hot / cold water through the shower head. At times it would change to excessively hot water - which could be dangerous for young children. However, I do acknowledge the prompt service the hotel staff afforded us when the cold tap in the bathroom wouldn't work at all.

Spacious Studio room well equipped

The only complaint was the entrance to the Apartments which is down a little alley which at the time construction work was in full swing and it is a haven for smokers from nearby buildings. Another complaint was the internet. 100mb per day and then you pay. In this day and age with unlimited broadband internet should not be charged for.

It is what it is

The room was what we expected and had paid for considering we got a really good deal on hotels.com and Sydney is very expensive! The only annoying thing (as we had already read about beforehand) was getting in and out from the shower as the wall underneath the door was over my knees (I am 5 foot 1 so short anyway), so I had to get some help with that. Would not be good for older people. The water temp in the shower was also not good at all, either was scalding hot, or too cold. It took us until the last day to figure out that if you have the tap running in the basin the temperature can be adjusted in the shower, however that was a big waste of water!! So hopefully that is something that can be fixed, or was just our room, who knows!

Great central location

Stayed here for 5 days while on business in Sydney and you can't beat the location of the hotel. Also great to have the apartment features so you can make your own breakfast.

Great location for adequate apartment

4 days stay with daughter, first time in Sydney so chose it for location. Having read reviews, was pretty much as expected, i-e a little dated. Very handy to station for airport and exploring town centre, in business district so quiet and safe at night but obviously no view as everything is packed in tight in that area.Very dark inside as windows are small but double insulation meant little noise from outside despite building work, internal noise insulation was excellent. Bathroom was a bit tight though and we could have done with more towels/toiletries.First reception staff was fantastic and helped with wi-fi problems (there are some blind spots in this building...)but the second one was borderline rude when we needed washing powder ($2.50)and disturbed her dinner... Our stay was more on the budget side so it did the job but will try somewhere else next time and spend a bit more.It's still great when it comes to location for all the touristy sites if you don't mind its basic aspect.

Almost perfect!

Great spot - so close to the city and harbour - easy walking to everything. Only negative was very basic (almost nil) room servicing & beds not the best but good enough. Overall a great place to stay - would go back.

Great location!

-Helpful and friendly staff. - Feedback - I don't think coffee plungers should be supplied without coffee to use in them! - Easy to get to shops and restaurants- recommend Jamie Oliver's restaurant 1 minute walk away on Pitt St - despite massive noise from neighbouring construction site , double glazing and room high up really helped minimise noise

Well located budget accommodation

Well located for central Sydney sights and shopping. Very helpful staff. Quite dark so need lights on all the time (doesn't get much sunlight due to location amongst high rise buildings). Pretty good value for money.
