Beautiful end to my honeymoon

Stayed here for four nights to end my Honeymoon, Villa was beautiful and the location next to Sunway pyramid shopping was fantastic.

No kids in villa, resort is a bit old

We were expecting to enjoy the villa in this resort, however we were told upon check in time that kids are not allowed to stay in the villa. We were so disappointed and surprised regarding this hotel policy. Mr. Mohammed Dawoud explained to us patiently and helped to arrange another suite room for us. We appreciated his help very much. Although at the beginning, my son was so disappointed and upset, yet after the day of crazy water slides in the Sunway water park, he almost forgot about the villa. The suite that was offered to us is actually not bad, clean and big enough for 3 of us, yet the decoration is a bit old and stained. We are not able to use the swimming pool as there was a heavy rain which made the swimming pool flooded. Breakfast is ok, you will have huge varieties of foods, but we experienced many people in the dining place, the tables and cutlery are not very clean. Overall, it’s a good and easy resort to spend with your kids, notwithstanding the adjacent water park, there are also many restaurants and a shopping mall close by.

Good Break Away for Couples

I was lucky to get a unit on the higher ground which gave us a little more privacy when outdoor at the plunge pool. So must always make sure to request for that on my next visit. The mosquitoes is norm as we are surrounded by greens so that isnt really a problem to us at least. Maybe the hotel should provide a proper outdoor slippers and mat. All in all, we had a wonderful break over the weekend and surely a hidden gem for city folks like us.

Arrival was mayhem, some staff very helpful, others really put out. Villa itself was nice and clean but overlooked by huge hotel (Disneyland style) and water theme park is directly in front, so definitely didn’t feel private and was very noisy (theme park doing sound tests for their new year party the night before so 2 nights with no sleep. There is also a five floor shopping centre attached. Bathroom was large but worn. Ordered one meal while there - one beef, one chicken, got two chicken. Also had staff arguing with us over breakfast order we hadn’t made. Only managed 2 nights of a five night stay. Overall was not worth a fraction of the money spent...awful!
