Fautless

Our stay at Forest by Wangz went way beyond our expectations we loved every aspect of the property, the hotel is outstanding, from the rooftop lounge ,pool ,cleanliness, comfort ,.breakfast and room facilities. By far the greatest asset to the hotel is the staff ,they were truly wonderful and made our stay memorable. This rates as the best hotel we have stayed in.

Stay there if you want privacy

It is a fabulous place to stay. Very private, no hassle of a big hotel. There is no bar but a nice lounge and a great roof top patio. We enjoyed a generous continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager even came around twice and ask how we are. The location is handy to the MRT with a shopping mall, but there is no neighbour hood atmosphere. The hotel is located between major roads and although there is no noise in the rooms, the roof garden experience is a bit compromised by it.

As Good as They Say ....!

Forest by Wangz really is as good as the other reviewers say! We've not travelled much in recent years, so have little to compare with, but brilliant service stands out wherever it is experienced .... from attractive modern architecture, to the pleasant comfortable room, delightful pool and wonderful roof garden ( especially appreciated as those afternoon thunderstorms roll through), it's all here. But the real stand-outs are the smiling people ....! It's like staying with family except the welcome does not wear thin after a few days. Be it towels spread on the loungers after a shower, a tiny sticking plaster for a nose scratched, three people leaping up to open the door from a team meeting in the foyer, and so on.... it would be unfair to single out names, this special attitude was everywhere. Naturally the room was spotless, the breakfast beautiful, and the location we thought perfect, quiet yet handy via the fantastic MRT. It took us fifty years to get to Singapore, Forest by Wangz made it a truly wonderful experience.

Convenient and comfortable

This serviced apartment was a great stay for my 10 days in Singapore. I think you have to stay a minimum of a week. It’s conveniently located in a safe area. It’s 5-10 minutes to bus stops and a MRT. It’s 15 minutes to Velocity Mall and the Pek Kio Hawker Center. It’s an area that’s walkable and generally close to the major tourist attractions. The pool was clean and in good condition. It was 1.2M deep, so can swim but not too deep. There were pool towels available. There’s a small gym that’s usually empty. There’s one treadmill, one elliptical, some weights. It’s air conditioned with drinking water available. One housecleaning per week is provided. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had basics of what’s needed. There is are laundry machines available, but I got the room that came with a washing machine inside. There was a drying rack on the balcony to use. The kitchen had a microwave, a small oven, water boiler, utensils, knives, fridge, two pots, two dishes/ mugs/ plates/ bowels/ glasses. The bathroom had towels and body wash and shampoo. The bed was really comfortable. I felt that it was easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp for all my needs. This place isn’t fancy, but I felt super comfortable and can’t think of anything that I needed that wasn’t available. I would definitely stay here again. There’s a parking lot at the bottom of the building. Tips: - Don’t forget to bring your international outlets. There’s no plugs for just USB

Nice apartment in a really good location: if you want more space, a washing machine, and a great convection to the MRT system, this is the place. Just be aware that the photos are maybe 10 years old and so are the apartments. Wallpaper is coming off, and the wood floor has been repaired a couple of times. Anyhow, all is is squeeky clean and problems are resolved quickly, and staff is very helpful and courteous. If you need space and your own apartment at a good price, take it. If you want luxury, or 'really nice', do not.

No frills stay in Singapore. The rooms were quite small but that's pretty much all homes in Singapore but it was quite well organized and equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The mall was about 10 minutes walk and the public bus was around a 100 feet. Overall a really nice place in a residential neighborhood and good bang for the buck.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near MRT and malls

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station and Velocity Mall, making it easy to get around and shop. The place is spotless, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

部屋は広く、バルコニーもありゆっくりできましたかわ、掃除は1週間に2回。 前日に予約しないと掃除して頂けないのが不便。 部屋には、バスタオルしか置いてない。掃除がなくてもバスタオル交換は毎日あっても良いと思う。フェイスタオルなし、キッチンのフキンなし。キッチンペーパー持参してした方が良いです。 初日シャワー、バスタブの水が冷たくて、2日目上げてもらったけど、まだ冷たくて、3日目でやっと温かくなりました。初日は注意が必要です。 USBジャックがなくて、古さを感じました。 部屋に電話はなく、フロントとのやりとりは全てWhatsAppのメッセージで、そこは、新しい。 良いところ悪いところ半々でした。

The property is not 5 star or 4 star if you expect that but, within its classification, it is very good & sufficient for staying safe & near amenities in Singapore. 10 minutes walk to Novena station full of shops & restaurants. The room is good & clean & staff excellent & always helpful. If you manage to get a bigger room with balconies then you have no worries at all. We weren’t that lucky due to rooms being fully booked. I highly recommend this place.

1 Week stay in one bed apartment

There is no person manning reception, all communication is thru whatsapp, unless you read the flyer closely you won't get a room clean unless you ask for it. Wifi was extremely poor within my room. Pool area is aging, tiles are missing around the pool.

It is a serviced apartment and in a nice residential area. Close to the Novena hub with good SMRT links. Cleaning is on request. It was fine for our purposes and the nearby supermarket is well stocked.

Overall the stay was good. Very quiet and clean. Things to improve: TV (TV was garbled with little channels to choose) Dryer (3 defective dryers: one didn't even dry my clothes after 90mins, one with dryer door that cannot close, and one with the dryer fan dislodged.. my clothes were dry but the fan dislodged onto my clothes, covering it with fabric particles.)
