Lovely place and friendly staff

It was a great experience .Staff was very friendly .The Rooms were very clean and tidy and place was very quiet for resting and enjoyed the stay and pools .

Great stay.

A truly lovely place to stay, clean, roomy and good access to all of Rotorua's attractions, especially Ohinemutu. Staff were friendly. Great having 2 queen beds, so there was no fighting over who got the single bed! Great price.

Comfortable and cosy

Comfortable stay. Was very hot and bedrooms upstairs were extremely stuffy with only one fan available. Air conditioning would have made it bearable. Good kitchen and lots of space. A fan in bathroom would be a good idea. Good pillows and bedding. Kids loved the pool and the spa was good.

Easy access with good parking, decent location and tidy presentation. While I wouldn't rate it as a top family or couples holiday spot, it worked well as a friends stay while in Rotorua mountain biking

Perfect get away stay
