Great stuff

The biggest advantage of the hotel is service! Hotel stuff has helped us to arrange trips, has given us a lot of useful information and tips. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was also great! We really appreciate their approach. Hotel is clean but it's older hotel and condition of the hotel is accordingly.

Vecchi,scompetenti e furbetti.

L'unica cosa interessante è il prezzo del soggiorno. Ma quello che si risparmia all'inizio si paga giorno per giorno in taxi per cui alla fine il conto è negativo. Inoltre di sera le strade che portano all'hotel sono completamente al buio. L'hotel in origine doveva essere un bel hotel ma ora è abbandonato e gestito da cani. La camera era ampia e luminosa ma la pulizia era disattenta e la moquette presentava decine di dubbie macchie. I davanzali erano sporchi dal primo giorno e non sono mai stati puliti. In 9 notti non si sono mai sognati di cambiarci le lenzuola. Nota dolentissima rifacevamo la camera verso le 17 e per gli asciugamani per riaverli bisognava andare a protestare presso la direzione. La colazione era ben fornita ma organizzata da cani e se finivano i piatti o i bicchieri bisognava aspettare che li rimettevano dopo mezzora. Nessuna assistenza dal punto di vista turistico, anzi alcuni operatori neanchè fingevano di parlare inglese. Ultima perla all'uscita, per il transfer aeroporto hotel , per il fatto che ho pagato con la VISA mi hanno aggiunto il 18% spacciandola per VAT mentre nella lettera di conferma della manager mi avevano detto 35 manat tutto compreso. Consiglio ai clienti Hotel.com di pagare qualche euro in più ma da stare ben lontani da detta gente che ti avvelena la vacanza.

I stayed in this hotel, because my companion was staying here. So, it was convienient for the taxi ride to work. But nothing is close to the hotel. The staff is doing their best to make your stay good, but the rooms are out dated. A little too expensive for the price I paid. The breakfast is ok, but not

все отлично,нам все понравилось: персонал отеля вежливый, отзывчивый, добродушный. В номерах все чисто и аккуратно. Хорошие завтраки.

only a place to crash for few hours

This hotel needs complete mentality change, some renovation. Impossible to have a decent standard stay. One (1) semi sized thin towel (towels are cut on half and stitched) for two people, no hot water, no service. Not even a key card you can check the address of the hotel because they are second hand. You cant sleep because of the bangs on the morning doors don't close, personnel talks out loud in front of your dnd room.

Super Aufenthalt - leider nicht zentral

Hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt in Baku. Das Hotel war topp gepflegt und der Service außerordentlich freundlich. Kamen um 19 Uhr an - aber unsere Zimmer waren zu der Zeit noch nicht fertig. Bekamen kostenloses Essen und Getränke vom Hotelteam als Entschädigung. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Lage des Hotels. Die Metro ist ca. 1 km entfernt und schwer zu finden und die Taxis finden das Hotel meist nicht - da es in einer dunklen Seitengasse liegt. Ich würde mir das nächste mal ein zentraleres Hotel in der Altstadt buchen.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good, wifi very fast, stuff was friendly, very good hotel for this price. Nice large rooms, and good bar open all night. It's far away to the city centre, but Ganjlik metro station is just 10 minutes walking to the hotel and it's very cheap.

Never again ...

The low-lights: - if this place is to market itself to visitors from the U.K./Canada/the U.S., staff should be able to communicate effectively in English--at this hotel, that was not the case; - staff had no clue about events or tours in Baku; - exercise room/tiny pool is kept in darkness--some machines were unusable/broken--no W.C. in the pool area (door was locked shut)--water was cold/no evidence of proper filtering--no towels/locker room available; - restaurant was poorly staffed, chatting in kitchen with no one in the dining area --had no knowledge of the "special" advertised in the elevator/refused to honor it until management was contacted--no diet or "light" drinks available--most of menu unavailable; - hotel is a long walk to the nearest Metro and the street on which is located is in disrepair/unlit at night; - staff called and asked for payment two days before checking out! - in no way is the Anatolia Hotel in Baku a "4 Star" hotel--2 at most. Not only would I not stay at this hotel again, it has given me pause about booking via Hotels.com. J. Snyder, PhD

Приличный отель. До метро - пятнадцать минут пешком. Рядом есть магазинчики. До кафе пешком минут десять. В отеле бассейн и сауна, бесплатные для постояльцев. Небольшой тренажёрный зал. Номер хороший, достаточно просторный. Огромные холлы на этажах. В ванне полный комплект. Обслуживание неплохое. Но дьявол кроется в мелочах : там немного не доделали, тут не доубрали. Но после напоминания всё исправляется! Прекрасный вид на город. Но в даль, в перспективу. Рядом - сплошные маленькие домики и стройка. Общее впечатление - соответствует цене. Ресторан дороговат. Чай и завтраки очень хороши. Безумно вкусные свежие сливки с рынка на завтрак. Хорошая выпечка. В общем всё достойно.

Un petit hôtel tranquille

On fait tout pour vous être agréable mais de nombreuses imperfections sont à noter. La fenêtre de la chambre n'était pas fixer, elle a failli me tomber dessus quand j'ai voulu l'ouvrir.. elle a été fixée dans la journée à ma demande mais le vent passait à travers les jours suivants. De nombreuses prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Le wifi fonctionne au ralenti, la literie grince et n'était pas confortable ... établissement certainement surcoté .. mais le personnel compense un peu ces imperfections. L'hôtel est situé en face le consulat d'Ukraine dans un quartier résidentiel au Nord de la ville.

В целом, отель хороший:большие чистые номера, удобные кровати. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готовый помочь.Из минусов нужно отметить отсутствие горячей воды два дня( вернее она была, но горячей ее точно не назовешь, учитывая, что на улице всего +7).В номере есть мини бар, а вот элементарных стаканов почему-то нет, как и щетки для одежды.Завтрак для 4* мог быть и поразнообразнее. Отдельно хочется сказать про район:от метро идти очень долго по каким-то не самым приятным улицам,проблемы с освещением и тротуарами, было жутковато даже с мужчиной. И не верьте, если на ресепшене вам скажут, что регистрироваться в миграционной службе не надо.НАДО!!!
