There was a booger stuck to the wall right next to the bed. The table wasn’t as clean as I would hoped it to be in the floor was very dusty and dirty. But the staff was very accommodating and very nice.

The style of the property and its rooms are really cool and modern, it was like having an apartment but still knowing that you could call a front desk to get whatever you need. I would definitely stay again.

Downtown LA, ok neighorbood. Big room, comfortable beds, but dirty floor. The room smelled of strong cleaning solution which made me nauseated. Nice they cleaned it, but the smell was too strong. I tried to air it out, but that didn't really work well. The blinds let in a lot of light in the morning. Quiet was nice.

SKID ROW IS A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY

Stay away from this hotel because the location is in a terrible location and not safe. You are a couple blocks away from SKID ROW AND SANTE ALLEY. I had my family including a 9 month old and we did not feel safe at all in this hotel. Our room had a view of a brick wall as we opened the windows. The pictures were too good to be true. You are better off staying anywhere else.

Great but few step backs

This hotel was great because of how there was more beds that make it easier for travels of 4 or more people. Main down falls: 1. No parking. You need to pay $25 a day for a public parking with no in/out privileges. 2. ts noisey as hell during the night. Even with windows closed.

The hotel was awesome with very friendly staff. The rooms were nice with a great vibe. Only downside is the area is a little loud and sometimes dirty but where in downtown LA isn't.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Hotels.com should not have this property on their site. The building looks cool on the outside but inside it’s just a really sad, unsafe apartment building. One of our rooms had a wet floor due to a leaky faucet. The fire alarms had been removed in our other room, which also had holes in the kitchenette walls made by knives. The worst part about the rooms was the sound insulation. You could hear conversations on the street from the fourth floor, not to mention the sirens that were pretty regular throughout our short stay. The rooms are large though. Another major problem with this hotel is its surroundings. We came in at night and it was scary. Skid row comes immediately to mind. We were told not to walk around at night outside the hotel. Needless to say we checked out the next morning and found another hotel. I can appreciate what they are trying to do to reinvigorate this part of town but it’s not quite ready for families yet. Finally, the manager did reluctantly allow us to get out of the rest of our remaining reservation but that took some work on ours and Hotels.com’s parts. To say he was not sympathetic would be an understatement. If you’re staying in downtown LA find a hotel that is committed to guest safety and won’t keep you up all night with nightmares and noise.

The property itself was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The area near the property is great in one direction and sketchy in the other. The rooms were really cool and each unique.
