Good value for money

Our 3 rooms for family and friends varied in quality but most of it was cosmetic so not really a problem. Rooms were also a good size. Check in was a breeze and we were offered lots of local information. Concierge told us the restaurant areas what buses to catch etc. It was a very central hotel for everything we needed and reasonably quiet at night. Would there again should we need to be in central London

Room needed renovation kitchen good but bathroom poor. Windows very bad. Location overlooking road meant very noisey hence new double glazed windows should be installed

Stinker rök och bastu till badrum

Rummet luktade otroligt mycket rök och rätt instängt vilket inte var särskilt trevligt. Av någon anledning var badrummet oerhört varmt. Man kunde inte stänga badrumsdörren för att gå på toa eller duscha utan att det blev så varmt att man inte kunde andas. Badrummet var nog det värsta, trots stanken av rök i hela rummet. Personalen var helt okej trevlig. Städningen var sådär, sängen var inte ordentligt bäddad. Hade inte så höga förväntningar men ändå lyckades detta boende underträffa dem.

We love The Cloisters and will stay every time we come to London. You can't beat the price and the location. Also we loved the fact each room has a kitchenette and laundry. And there is a Sainsburys a few steps away. This hotel is fantastic.

Ok, hotellet er ikke nyoppusset akkurat, mitt tredje opphold her, første i 2018, og det virker som oppussingen knapt nok gjør fremskritt. Hotellet er en labyrint og når ene heisen ikke fungerte er det mulig å gå seg bort. Men senga var god.
