O atendimento foi muito bom, os funcionários foram muito solícitos com tudo que eu pedi. Porém, o hotel precisa de limpeza, manutenção e diversos ajustes. No primeiro quarto que me colocaram, a parede embaixo do ar condicionado estava mofada e o banheiro com mau-cheiro. Pedi para trocar e prontamente me trocaram. No segundo quarto, não havia mofo, mas o estava um pouco sujo. A descarga estava com um pouco de vazamento também, por isso dei uma nota baixa no quesito de sustentabilidade. As toalhas eram bastante ásperas e com rabiscos de caneta em uma delas. O chão não estava sujo, o que é um ponto positivo. O papel higiênico era de qualidade ruim. Não havia cadeira no quarto, mas os móveis em geral eram bons. Faltou um suporte para a mala, que também não tinha. O colchão era razoável e o travesseiro também, qualidade dos lençóis era boa. Uma boa televisão, telefone no quarto, mas internet não estava funcionando muito bem com o excesso de hóspedes no andar que eu estava. O café da manhã era bastante variado, mas não tem suco natural, nem gelo à disposição.

Hotel não disponibiliza álcool em gel em todos os ambientes, não oferece shampoo, café da manhã podia ser bem melhor, mas com funcionária simpática. Elevador muito pequeno, um pouco velho o hotel. TV tem muitos canais.

Um boa opção

O hotel é compatível com o preço, não é super confortável, mas atendeu bem minha necessidade de viagem a trabalho. Os funcionários são todos atenciosos e sempre buscaram nos ajudar em todas as necessidades.

Atendente estava meio perdida no inicio tendo em vista que o hotel estava lotado, mas nada que atraplhasse muito o check in. Hotel ok. Cafe ok. So fiquei um dia no hotel. Internet um pouco lenta.

Instalações velhas e custo alto. Boa localização.

Hotel com instalações velhas. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Alimentos velhos, bolos duros, pães velhos, e os frios disponibilizados para consumo, com as beiradas escuras. Embora esteja em boa localização, o custo da diária é muito alto, em relação aos serviços oferecidos. As atendentes do restaurante são atenciosas e fazem o que podem para agradarem os clientes. O fato do café da manhã não ser bom, é devido à má administração do hotel. Quartos muito simples. Para quem viaja a negócios, não dispõem de mesas para notebooks. No frigobar só tem água. Mais nada. Não recomendo.
