It's probably a 0-Star and not a 3.5 Star

Rusty trash bins, White towels with brown stains ( Guess they were not washed) No slippers very dissorganized. Do not be deceived by the way it look in the pics

Keep shoes on!

Check-In was smooth. Place is a dump. When I opened the door a giant roach was on the pillow. Room was filthy. Felt like I was in a 4th world ghetto. 100% do not clean rooms after each guest.

房間和家具都非常缺乏維護 可以稱之為備品的東西只有一條毛巾一塊肥皂一包洗髮精 牆壁斑駁廁所有水漬 熱水器不管用 電視畫面也是快要壞掉的感覺 入住的時候沒有說明早餐或是退房時間等相關訊息， 收了稅金給了房卡就這樣而已 即使態度算是親切的 即時考慮到地段好價格便宜這兩個優點 性價比還是很低 我自己本身是從事飯店相關行業， 訂房很少看走眼。 然而這一次我真是 看走眼了。

Decepção Total!

Reservei este hotel única e exclusivamente por causa da localização ao lado do desembarque da viagem de ônibus de Singapura para Kuala Lumpur e no dia seguinte com acesso ao transporte express para o aeroporto internacional. O hotel esta caindo aos pedaços, cheira mal com cheiro de cigarro por todo o hotel inclusive no quarto. No pacote que fechei com a hotéis.com incluía o "Café da Manhã", quando cheguei fui informado que decidiram não servir o café da manhã porque é Ramadan. Total desrespeito ao cliente e ao pacote que foi comercializado. Não recomendo este hotel!

This is in the Bangladesh area, nice locals..

No facilities in the room...not even a kettle or small fridge.. Very cramped space in the room, no hot water... Do not go at Ramadan time! They didn’t even have breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included in our booking.. grudgingly gave us bread and jam..

位置很好

位置很好，出行方便，离阿罗街很近，但并不吵闹，购物餐饮也很方便，唯一的不足是没人懂点中文，当然他们都很友善，会努力和你沟通，还有早餐可以吃到十点，不用起早

遊ぶためだけの拠点であれば場所とコスパは最高

2017年10月初旬に一人で2泊しました。ブキッ・ビンタン駅から徒歩数分の繁華街の裏の地元住民の住居区域に入り混じったロケーション。■朝食：8am-10am メニューは一種類のみ写真添付。■設備：直前での格安料金だったためか、窓なし、ドライヤーなし。あったのは、ガラス製コップ、石鹸一個、シャンプー1袋、バスタオルのみ。■その他：チェックアウト後、フロントの倉庫の裏で荷物を預かってくれます。ただし、勝手に入れておいてという感じなので他の人の荷物と一緒に積み上げる感じなので、セキュリティ対策はしっかり。2泊したが、シャワーのお湯はかなりぬるくて我慢できるギリギリの温度。クレームを言えばよかったかもしれないが、面倒だったので我慢。2泊したが1泊目の夜は部屋掃除がなかった。 ひとり旅だったので、寝るだけであれば問題ないかと。快適さや居心地を求めるのであれば避けた方が無難。近くに欧米人が集中するバーが20軒ほど連なっている。マッサージ店も周囲にたくさん。

An enjoyable stay.

Perfect location in Bukit Bintang area,literally few steps away from the whole bunch of stores and eateries.Also,the KL Tower,the Convention Centre and the famous Petronas Towers are within 15-20 mins walk.The hotel itself is very nice,quiet and accommodating.The staff is nice and helpful.A little bite and a coffee/tea for breakfast.Room is small but nice,the bed comfortable,AC plus TV in a room.Water tank at every floor.
