Dès notre entrée dans l'appartement nous avons ressenti un odeur de cigarette très fort, on a fait la demande de changer, aucune solution, on a quitté pour trouver un autre hotel. Non seulement nous ne sommes pas remboursés jusqu'à maintenant, en plus notre dépôt de garantie d'un montant de $115 n'est pas remboursé. Mes emails n'ont pas de réponse, Expedia n'aide pas. Je ne ferai jamais une reservation avec Expedia, ni avec cette hotel.

I booked this place based of pictures but the rooms are nothing like the pictures. Arrived for early check in and the room smelt like smoke. Asked to be moved to a different room but waited for an hour for it to be ready. The room was ok. Could be cleaned better, as there were stains on the wall. The tv and remotes did not work properly. The drainage for the sink and tubs was awful. It felt that I was staying at a place for homeless. First and last time staying here.

The bathroom door did not reach the ceiling; the shower head was handing from the wall; the ceiling above the shower was sagging; there was a stolen and stripped car in the parking lot the whole time we were there; Tuesday morning a man was sitting in a car with broken windows playing rap music at high volume at 6:30 am; there were three mismatched glasses; three mismatched coffee cups; and we ran out of toilet paper.

Would only consider staying again if I was hiding from the mob. Sleezy, noisy, dirty. Burn marks on the table, security lock falling off, marks on wall, gross tub, and the noise from the frwy was horrible. If it was 30/nt, it’d be too much. Pictures looked nice, reality was way different. Slept with one eye open & never left anything in the unit. What a ripoff. 1 star was too high…

It was the worst. We checked out early. I requested a refund from the property and also from you all. There were mini roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Not to mention, my wife graduated college and found a mini roach the next morning inside her graduation cap on the table. My wife got bit by bed bugs and has the small bites on her back, arms and legs to show. The front desk receptionist, named Rose, when contacted by hotels.com about the stay, she pretended as if we didn’t complain about roaches and proceeded to say she needed pictures to prove there were roaches well after we checked out early. We checked into a new hotel and completely angry. We had to hand wash our suit cases and wash all clothing.

Great, but…

Everything was great, but a few homeless or drug addict type people seeming, around the hotel. It’s a shame too because other than that, it was amazing. I really liked the place and the people who worked there were great.

Overall it was clean and pretty quiet; However, the shower needed repair, there was coffee but no coffee maker, they don’t replenish towels, and we had to figure out how to get the television to work.
