Great stay!

The apartment was clean and the hosts were available and helpful. Surprised to find such a great apartment in somewhat sketchy neighborhood but we had no problems in the neighborhood at all. I’d definitely stay again…definitely recommend!

Save the money. Bathrooms had mold, smoke detectors missing, smelled like smoke HEAVILY, some may be renovated but maybe not the rooms we were in. No elavator, so it was hard to walked up to the third level with kids and a bunch of luggages. Some what clean though since there were no visible bugs.

Apartment was nice but would have been better with proper sheets (they were threadbare) and kitchen with tea towels to wipe up with. Bed was laytex and not great to sleep on No screens on windows so couldn’t keep them open at night Washing machine and dryer but on 2 floors up stairs Area is close to Wynwood walls but still doesn’t feel safe and planes are flying low continuously

Honestly, I thought the photos were more like renderings but the apartment really was that new and clean. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The listing said it was 3 stories with no elevator so i asked for a lower floor and they gave me the first one. Great access for anyone with a disability, out car was right in front of our door. Wynwood overall is not the safest area but I felt very safe on the property with the gate and the lighting. There was plenty of parking on the property so we were able to leave our cars there and take a 4 minute Uber to the heart of Wynwood where all the restaurants and stores are but very little parking. The communication was perfect and the instructions for all the gate codes were very clear. I would definitely stay there again.

The areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return.

This was a great pre.cruise spot to stay. Easy access to Port Miami from this location. Nice to have some extra room before going to a cruise room.

Great first impression

Oh, wow! was one comment as we walked in the door. The unit is clean and looks great. Checkin was difficult. An email was supposed to arrive with info but didn’t until I called. The person on the phone was very helpful but spoke with a heavy accent. The kitchen supplies, cups, plates, etc, were very limited. Although clean, we did see a couple of roaches.

Apartamento não é como vimos nas fotos

Pelas fotos esperávamos que o apartamento estivesse novo e moderno, mas ele ja está mais desgastado. O banheiro tinha uma banheira que estava descascando, o varão da cortina estava enferrujado, tinha sabonete liquido e shampoo no dispenser do chuveiro que parecia que não era trocado a mais de ano, estava amarelado. As camas eram bem desconfortáveis, elas afundavam, e davam a impressão de não estarem muito limpas. Quando chegamos na cozinha vimos até uns insetos que apreciam mini baratas, tinha na cadeira algumas migalhas, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Quanto a comunicação foi tudo certo, respondiam rápido, não temos o que reclamar sobre o anfitrião, seria mais um ponto de atenção quanto ao cuidado com a conservação do apartamento mesmo.
