Room was a bit old but clean. The staffs at the front desk were not very kind. They simply didn’t care. But most disappointing was the breakfast, which was really bare minimum. I suggest you to go to the cafe instead.

Down Under

The location was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They all could converse in English . It was close to the tube station as well as the hop on hop off bus. There was a laundromat close by. The room was small but we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was the normal continental but more than enough. Could not fault the hotel

Bei recht kühlem Wetter haben wir den großen Heizkörper sehr genossen, auch zum Trocknen der nassen Kleidung. Das Frühstück ist von sehr guter Qualität, frischer Obstsalat, leckeres Brot, guter Kaffee

The lighting around the entrance was not adequate at night. The room was very small for two people a small table and chair. It was uncomfortable. It should be sold to a single person.

Shampoo please!

Quiet, comfortable, place. Just wish they had shampoo in the bath rooms. Not much privacy when windows are open, can peak into other guest rooms easily, and I am sure they can see me if I open my curtains!

Enjoyable Stay!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The people at the front desk were very helpful and I appreciate them giving me directions and suggestions. the metro is right around the corner and so is the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus. Very convenient! the breakfast was good and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The room was small but comfortable. i would definitely stay here again.

スタッフの方の対応が本当によく、パリ感のあるレトロでとてもお洒落なホテルでした。朝ご飯のバイキングの種類も丁度よかったです。また立地も凱旋門からすぐだったり、ファストフード店やスーパー、地下鉄からも近く観光にもってこいのホテルでした。もし機会があればまた利用したいと思えるホテルです。
