Preis Leistung nicht in Ordnung

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Von den vorigen Gästen waren noch Müllreste im Zimmer (Verschlüsse von Mineralwasserflaschen udgl. Weiters hat das Zimmer nicht so gewirkt, als ob frisch gesaugt wurde. Das Frühstück zu diesem Preis hat von der Auswahl ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig gelassen . Das Nachbringen der Speisen war nicht zufriedenstellend.

Super für ein paar Tage Stadt Bummel, Top zentrale Lage. Hotel ist sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis ok.

年季が入ってる感じだけれど清潔感のあるホテル

1人部屋を使用させていただきました。 写真とイメージが変わらず、静かで清潔感のあるホテルでした。 フロントの方は、感じが良く丁寧な方とドライな方と…人によりけりという感じです。 市内中心部ではありませんが、路面電車の停留所が近いことでアクセスしやすく、とてもよかったです。

Hotel mit guter Anbindung

Das Hotel ist älter, aber keineswegs abgewohnt oder renovierungsbedürftig. Es liegt in der Nähe des Verkehrsknotens Westbahnhofs. Vor dem Hotel fahren Strassenbahnen. Die Umgebung ist voller Geschäfte wie Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkten. Das Zimmer war zum Hof gelegen und absolut ruhig. Die Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne lässt sich einklappen.

Good value hotel with good connections to centre.

Our second stay. It would be even better if there was a fridge and WiFi in the room. Staff really helpful and they found a kettle and mugs for us. Near Westbahnhof and trams.

Sehr sauberes, einfaches Hotel mit großen Zimmern in zentraler Lage. Frühstück o. k., aber auch nicht mehr. Ich habe z. B. Pfannkuchen oder kleine süße Teilchen vermisst. Das in den Zimmern im Jahr 2017 kein WLAN verfügbar ist, ist nicht akzeptabel.

Nice hotel close to public transport

The room was very clean, the beds were lovely and comfortable. There was a little noise from traffic outside but not loud enough to bother us. The hotel was just a few minutes from public transport and restaurants which was great. Staff were also helpful. The interior was a little dated, my only downside would be that there was no kettle in the room, WiFi was limited to use in reception and the hairdryer was ancient, it cut out after being used for two minutes.

ドアの開け方が難しい

ウィーン西駅から徒歩5分、夜間でもまだテラス席で食事をしているレストランがあったりしますので、安全でした。ただ、部屋のドアの開け方には参りました。最初に、カウンターで模型を見せながらの説明があります。非常に簡単に見えますが、実は細かいポイントが説明されておらず…５分ほどがんばって偶然開いたものの、結局開けられないので再度カウンターに行き確認。この担当者は、またも簡単に「カードをかざして緑のランプがついたら回す」しか言ってくれません。翌日、５分以上粘っても開けられずまたカウンターに。別の担当者が一緒に来てくれて、詳しく教えてくれました。ノブはどちらの方向にも回転するのですが、時計回りにのみ回す。一度引きながら押す、と。ここが重要であとはスムーズでした。みなさまのご参考になれば幸いです。また、ホテルの構造が少々複雑で、部屋によっては廊下の扉を数回開けることになったり、段差もあります。荷物があるときは要注意。

Hotel mit realistischem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Meines Erachtens, ist es die Lage des Hotels, die etwas unattraktiv ist. Westend ist nicht gerade ein Mittelstandsviertel. Was mich beeindruckt hat, war eine E-Mail vor Reiseantritt. Es wurde freundlich gebeten, die Buchung nochmal zu bestätigen. Und es wurde nachgefragt, ob ich Sonderwünsche habe. Beim Check-in wurde ich auch auf meine geäußerten Wünsche angesprochen.

Es könnte auf jedenfalls besser sein

Die Freundlichkeit beim Einchecken am Morgen durch eine sehr sehr nette junge Dame war sicher super als bisher. Die beiden Männer sehr unfreundlich und nicht bereit zu Grüssen . Man hat das Gefühl man muss froh sein , darf man in diesem Hotel logieren. Die gehören ausgetauscht ,ersetzt durch ein freundliches Personal. Ich glaube Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit gehören in jedes Hotel. Leider sieht dass nicht die Direktion . Man könnte viel mehr aus diesem Hotel herausholen, durch kleine Gesten dem Gast gegenüber. wäre sehr schön.

OK - für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Das Hotel ist sehr alt aber sauber. Der Service beim Check in und beim Check out war mangelhaft. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und hat einen überforderten Eindruck hinterlassen. Vorallem war eines unserer Zimmer bei der Rückkehr am Abend unversperrt, obwohl definitiv am Morgen zugesperrt wurde. Soetwas darf nicht passieren. Auch nicht in einem Budgethotel!

Alles in Allem in Ordnung

Zunächst war ich etwas schockiert über die Umgebung des Hotels, insbesondere an dem Freitag, an dem ich ankam: Relativ laut und schmutzig, einige Damen des horizontalen Gewerbe auf der Straße. An den darauffolgenden Abenden war es besser und ruhiger. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber, allerdings ist fehlendes WLAN 2017 in meinen Augen nicht zeitgemäß. Der Ventilator im Bad war hörbar und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Mit WLAN hätte ich eher eine Empfehlung ausgesprochen, v.a. wegen des sehr moderaten Preises, so eher nicht.

Angenehmes, preiswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, problemloses Ein- und Ausschecken, super Preis. Einziger Nachteil war der dann im Verhältnis relativ teure Parkplatz im Hof.
